Huge store, great place to stop. Garden, grocery, clothes, toys, tools, Starbucks, bakery, grill, you name it, they have it. It’s a one stop shop. They even have gas here. Parking is great. There’s a Starbucks if you want coffee. Whatever you need to shop for, just come here.

Tried out the grocery pickup for the first time today! Had a little trouble finding the assigned pickup area and didn't realize it was behind the building, but once I did I parked, checked in, and my groceries were brought out within 10 minutes! The employee was friendly and packed everything in my car securely!

Fred Meyer has everything. It’s a huge store. Groceries, tools, toys, a bakery, and a grill, seafood… Even a Starbucks. If you need gas, you can get gas here. The people are really feminine. Wi-Fi is free. There’s a restroom. What you’re shopping for, you can make me find it here. Can even sit and work near the Starbucks if you need to. Whatever you need to shop for, come here.

Outstanding. Jacob walked half way across the store to help me find two products and was very friendly. I never would have found the items without him! Thanks Jacob!

We are caregiving for an elderly person and utilize the Pick Up service via the app on a weekly basis. We recently had an issue where they ran out of an item that had a great sale twice in a row. I sent a comment to the customer service and the store manager Eric and the manager (I think) of the pick up dept worked with us directly to get a raincheck and make sure the order got filled.

Were pretty happy with the service. When we have them pick meat or produce they are almost always getting great quality items, but the dregs of the barrel.

Always great. Fast, friendly, good prices, stocked, the workers are like an extended family. My fiance and I met in a fred Meyer parking lot, 10 yrs later and still together.... so it's more than just a store, it's a place to make your life better.

I do not have Fred Meyers by me. I loved this experience. The cashier we met was I'm training and did excellent!

We use self check when we shop at this store. The young man that works in this section is wonderful. He is very friendly, polite, and helpful. He is an asset to this store.

I have been getting the run around at all the stores, horrible customer service everywhere I went. I decided to pull into this Fred Meyer and Tracey from electronics was extremely helpful and didn't try to sell me on stuff I didn't need. I hope the bosses let him know how much we appreciate folks like him. Keep up the good work sir.

I've shopped at Fred Meyer stores for years. When I lived in other states I missed shopping here.

Today I placed an order for pick-up. A couple of hours after I placed the order I remembered two items I wanted to add, looked online, saw it was too late and was instructed to call in. I called in to customer service, was transferred to the store and a girl answered in the order pick-up department. I explained what happened and asked if she could add the two items to my order. She told me she didn't have time or the staff to add my two items to my order. It was a few minutes after 11 a.m., my order was scheduled to be picked up between 2-3 p.m. I let her know this and asked again. She said "I am short staffed and I don't have the time to add your two items to your order." I asked her if it would be better if I cancelled the order. She said "it's your order and your choice."

She was right. It was also my choice to call back and ask for the store manager which I did. The store manager was kind, floored by what the "customer service" girl had said. She said the items would be added to my order and apologized.

I picked up my order, the guys were as nice as they always are. When I got home I looked at my receipt. The store manager didn't charge me for the two extra items. Now THAT'S good customer service. Thank you!!

That store is so huge and sale associates are so helpful. Hard to find things, and there their to help. Nice store and lots of name brands. Make sure you get there rewards card. It adds up! Overall I ll be back!

One of the staff went above and beyond for us a few weeks ago. I believe his name is Jaren. I was shopping with my baby and had to use the bathroom, so he not only let me leave my cart at self checkout, he rang up and bagged all of my groceries. He didn’t know, but I was sick and we were having a rough week. His act of kindness made my whole day. He has also always been helpful and kind. Give this man a raise!

My go to store. Clean, organized, stocked, friendly staff. Big garden section. Electronics and clothes sections are also pretty huge.

Our cashier Lisa went above and beyond in her service. Her attitude was amazing and she was able to make a stressful situation bareable. She seems like a wonderful person and Fred Meyer's is lucky to have employees like her!!
