Went to Michael’s today while my husband was waiting for his tire repair at Bell Tire. It was raining/snowing and cold. We were looking for a neck lamp for reading/crafting, the gentleman in the framing department around five PM actually came around to help us locate it and checked under-stock and confirmed that not only was it completely out of stock at the location but all nearby ones as well. Excellent customer service. Once we got to the check-out, Jared was standing there and I politely asked if he was open to assist because I’d much prefer have a human interaction. Jared went above and beyond in double checking for any coupons before completing the transaction, which I completely didn’t expect. I don’t get the opportunity to shop at Michael’s much so I declined the offer to sign up for rewards after I had him check my phone number. Exceptional service all around. Highly recommend this location.

Great craft store, I am always able to find everything I need. Art Supplies, scrap booking, small gift accessories, boxes, baking and more. It's a stop worth taking!

Although I'm not into crafting I typically going to Michael's just to see what they have and the person that I go with always comes out with what you want for plus they offer very nice discounts I believe that's I would highly recommend Michael for anyone then maybe just starting to craft but it also offers all items for the season Crafters I give this place and a plus

Michael's is so much fun! A great selection of crafts, supplies, and decor. I especially appreciate that I can check local inventory online and even find out which aisle it can be found.

They have really cool things for train lay outs

Our Canadian stores do not offer the volume of stuff American stores offer. My goodness, it was crafting overload!! I couldn't believe the different stuff available here. Cricut stuff was 50% off! There isn't a store back home that would ever offer 50% off. LOL

Brought my Porsche poster from the 70's for framing which is nowadays probably a high price collectible. Great job for reasonable price. Highly recommend their work.

I forgot, I did go there! Sorry! Excellent! The one young lady asked if I had found everything. I said no & described what I was looking for. She called up front, & then showed me an area that I might find it. & I DID!!! It was hiding down on a lower shelf. The right size, last one, absolutely perfect!!!!!!! I was ecstatic & overjoyed!!!!!

Came for 6x6 envelopes, they don't have them. But they still have a very awesome selection of paper and such. I enjoyed my experience, gently shuffling through stacks of colored paper, small metal bonds of discounted stickers, and glancing longingly at the things I have not the time to browse and buy. You know, you KNOW, I'll be back. Until then.

I took something here to get it framed and my experience was very pleasant. The framing people seemed pretty knowledgeable and were very helpful in picking out the frame and whatever other options I needed to pick. Price was pretty standard from what I could find at other stores, and there was a sale so I ended up paying a little less in the end. Definitely a good experience.

Very clean, lots of workers to help find what your looking for or give ideas. Atmosphere was fun and light. Made you want to stay all day.

All tempera paint was sold out (sad face) but that's not the usual (dang on pandemic!). I really appreciate the everyday discounts for educators.
