I had the most amazing experience trying on dresses here. Samantha was my stylist and she was so nice & really listened to what I liked and didn't like. The store itself is beautiful, I loved the decor. The entire place gives off "chill" vibes which I really appreciated. I 1000% recommend trying on dresses here for the experience. I had tried on dresses only once previously and that experience left me feeling self conscious and really unsure. Samantha helped change that and I left this appointment feeling really happy and confident!

Wedding dress shopping has been arguably the most stressful part of wedding planning, until I walked into Honey. I came with two of my bridesmaids, and we had an absolute blast (so much so that one of my bridesmaids made an appointment for her dress a few weeks later). During my dress shopping process I went to a few other bridal salons, and none of them are like Honey. The vibes are unmatched and the dresses are so unique. Samantha was my stylist and she made sure to take note of what I was liking, what I wasn't, and we quickly found the perfect, and I mean PERFECT dress for me. I cannot describe how comfortable I was there. The staff felt like long time friends, and the private room with complimentary wine made us feel at home.
Fast forward 5 months, my dress came in early, and it is just as amazing as the day I tried it on. It came with this cute card and garment bag, I just couldn't be more happy with my experience. THANK YOU HONEY

Pro tip: buy one of their house made candles. It's so cute and one of my favorite candles ever

Excellent experience at Honey Bridal! Samantha was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and quick. I tried on so many dresses so quickly I felt like a Sim, but she took notes and helped figure out the custom dress of my literal dreams! Would highly recommend!

This was my first time trying on wedding dresses. I was having a lot of stress finding a place that carried plus size samples in store, and I'm so glad I came here. I felt extremely welcomed as a lesbian and a plus size girl. I got to really see how the dresses would fit and my stylist was incredible. She got me into the gowns, never pressured me to buy. Helped me really figure out what kind of gown I'm looking for and was so caring. I can't recommend anywhere more. esp if you are plus size!! I felt stunning and so happy.

I had such an AMAZING experience at Honey!!!! Unfortunately I cannot recall the name of my stylist (it was a few weeks ago at this point) but really wish I did because she was BY FAR the best consultant I’ve ever had. She was so knowledgeable about genuinely everything, from details of each dress to what alterations would be needed to tailor each dress, to even customizing with different sleeves, etc. She really took the time to make EVERY gown look the best it possibly could on me, whereas at other salons I’ve been to they kinda hastily pin you and hope for the best, and I had to leave it up to the imagination. I knew exactly what each gown at Honey would look like on me, and every detail I could ever want! Unfortunately my search came down to a dress from Honey and a dress from a designer that Honey didn’t carry, and the other dress won-but not by much! I loved my experience at Honey and would recommend to genuinely anyone.

I tried on a handful of dresses with help from the wonderful stylist Kyndal! She's amazing. I haven't picked a dress yet but she helped me try on some serious contenders. She absolutely exceeded my expectations on what a dress buying experience should be like. Thank you for being supportive, kind and encouraging.

Can’t recommend Honey Bridal enough! The store is super cute with a lot of different styles and options for your budget. The shopping experience was special and the customer service was truly amazing. We hit a snafu with my dress as it was getting tailored and the store owners talked us through options, getting in touch with the designer etc. they were went above and beyond for us when they didn’t have to and it wasn’t their fault. We couldn’t have appreciated it more and the dress turned out absolutely perfect. Thank you, Honey!

I have had truly amazing experiences with Honey and I can’t recommend them enough. I got my wedding dress there and also ordered some accessories through them. They have truly gone above and beyond in every way, including staying open late so we could go back and buy THE dress before my mom’s flight back home. Everything was exceptional, from the kindness of the staff, the beautiful and private dressing rooms, and of course the multiple sizes of the gowns. Honey is incredible and well, well worth a visit.

This is the place everyone should be buying their wedding dress! Prices are good, and the size range is phenomenal. I visited twice in the same weekend before purchasing my dress, and the women working at Honey were kind enough to let me come back with my large group of out-of-town guests who had come in to shop with me. As a plus-size bride I had a lot of anxiety about wedding dress shopping, but I never felt like I had limited options when I was shopping here, and they recommended an excellent tailor to do the alterations! The women who work in the shop do an excellent job of making your visit feel special, but also kept it very low-key which suited me really well. I can't recommend this shop highly enough to anyone looking for a wedding dress!

I ended up getting my dress elsewhere but I just have to say, of all the shops I visited, Honey was my favorite experience. The owners are SO kind and helpful, and what a beautiful shop they’ve created. A dress here was one of my top choices and Hallie let me stop by with my mom to try it on again and look around while she was in town. These women are so sweet, patient and knowledgeable. Chicago is lacking in small-owned, “cool” bridal shops but this store fills that hole in the market perfectly. I seriously love this store and will send all my future bride friends to Honey!

I had been following Honey on social media for a while when I heard about their sample sale. I love their dresses and aesthetic online, and I knew I just HAD to come shop here. I run a bridal shop myself and was a little nervous being the bride in the appointment this time around, but I truly had an amazing time! The fitting room set up is intimate and beautifully decorated. Their selection of dresses even just for the sample sale were unique and gorgeous. The entire staff was warm and welcoming, and so relaxing to work with. I drove from Michigan for my appointment with Honey and I am so glad I did! Ladies go book your appointment! 🤍

I loved my experience at Honey Bridal! All of the staff were so kind, welcoming, and laid back. It was so refreshing! I found the dress of my dreams there and they were so helpful in deciding accessories. I visited several other bridal boutiques and none of them could match the service and experience at Honey.

10/10 dress shopping experience. This is an absolute must go for all brides who like Honey’s designers. I especially recommend for plus-size brides trying on for the first time. Just note there isn’t a big celebration if you say yes to the dress— we made our own celebration.

Everything ran on time, the room was beautiful, and the experience was as relaxed as a dress-trying marathon can be. My consultant Kyndal was very helpful, assuring when I voiced concerns about how dresses would fit my growing body (gained weight), and pulled a dress for me that’s now a final contender. She did not pressure me to buy and gave me genuine advice/feedback. I didn’t buy today* but I am considering the trek back from out of town to experience the dresses and session again. The pics I got don’t show my enjoyment enough (make sure to smile when grabbing pics!).

I cannot say enough about Honey Bridal and how they have positively impacted my experiences as a bride-to-be. Their dress selection is exquisite, and meets the needs of any bride, but especially, your not-so-traditional bride (hi, that's me). More importantly, I need to highlight my associate Kyndal, who was my ride-or-die throughout this process. She seamlessly guided me in customizing my dress and made the process feel incredibly easy. She was abundantly supportive and I genuinely felt like she was just as emotionally invested in my vision and big day as I. My gratitude and love for Kyndal, and Honey Bridal, is endless, and I will recommend them to any, and every, bride. 10/10 THE BEST!

SUCH a lovely experience — they made me feel so comfortable, their selection is amazing, very inclusive sizing, and they were great about helping me visualize different options. Wish I could remember the name of the woman that helped me, but I was in a bit of a haze—but she was truly so kind and helpful. I was really nervous about this experience, especially after talking to other bridal shops who consider the "average" size a 4-6 and don't have many samples beyond that... but I left Honey feeling really positive and excited about my options. Highly recommend!!

I said YAS to the Dress at Honey! Came here with my future mother in law to help me find THE wedding dress. Hallie is so friendly, helpful, and patient during my sample sale visit.

Even though the regular collection wasn’t available, there were plenty of pretty dresses on the rack. When Hallie brought a few dresses for me to try on, I instantly fell in love with the first one I tried on. I knew it was the right one for me because when I tried on other wedding dresses, I couldn’t stop glancing at the first dress I tried on. I can’t wait to wear my wedding dress on my special day next summer!! Big thank you to Hallie for helping me out! ☺🤍

Honey was exceptional at making me feel like a bride. Full transparency - the dress was one of the least exciting elements of wedding planning, and Honey changed my mind. Honey Bridal was the last boutique I went to for dresses, and they closed the store, so our visit was 100% private and catered to me. They knew my name (which not every salon did, as they were bringing people in and pushing them out), and they knew my mom and sister's names! I felt relaxed, I felt cared for, and I felt excited to be a bride. The dress selection at Honey was incredible. Whimsical, a bit bohemian and modern, but LIGHT. The fabric was breathable and extremely cost effective compared to other places I visited. Honey was accommodating and creative in mixing different tops with different bottoms. I ultimately built a custom Truvelle dress with the help of Heather at Honey. The customer service didn't stop after the visit and ordering of the dress. Until I picked up and approved my final product, Honey owners were contacting me to keep me updated on dress progress, to keep me excited along the way

Truly wonderful experience and unique, quality dresses! I’ve had three appointments at Honey Bridal, two to shop for dresses and one to pick up and try on my purchased dress. I love the comfort and intimacy of being the only one in the shop at the time of my appointments. Honey staff Heather and Meredith were so helpful, honest, and supportive along the way. Not only is the shopping experience one of a kind, but the dresses they sell are modern and unique and come from independent designers. I was able to customize my dress with ease and am thrilled with the final product. Having shopped at other bridal stores in Chicago, I wholeheartedly recommend Honey Bridal!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars; working with Hallie was such a gift! She was so helpful and put me at ease with determining my style and working through options. I felt so supported, relaxed and heard. I am SO happy that I found my dress at Honey Bridal, all of the gowns are gorgeous.
