Exceptional service at the pharmacy. The pharmacist was so helpful explaining the vaccinations I needed and even helped me out with obtaining a vaccine they didn’t offer. Will go back for all my needs!

In May and June of this year, pharmacist Wafa Madni cared for me in a magnificently friendly manner as I sought a battery of shots and titers in preparation for a new position in Chicago. She was exceptionally attentive, with a charmingly personable and occasionally humorous demeanor, and she went out of her way to assist me when she learned that I was a disoriented newcomer to Chicago. She won my loyalty!

The pharmacy just did the kindest thing and helped me when I was already feeling a bit desperate. It took 4 trains to finally get here (the first CVS was permanently closed and didn’t show that way on Google, I got off on the wrong stop, the next train skipped my stop, and then I doubled back) and when I did it was 25 min before lunch. They weren’t sure if they could fill it before then so I’d be waiting till past 2 (as obviously I wasn’t going to go home and come back).

I somewhat pitifully asked if they could fill before they left and they got me out of there in 10 minutes.

Thank you so much, y’all. It means so much.

As a shopper I hardly ever return a defective item, but this was an exception. CVS made it easy to get a refund, then make a new purchase because of the knowledgeable customer service.

Anna Bryan is the Best Pharmacist ever!

I have been coming to this location for years and the entire Pharmacy staff is efficient but Anna stands out with her professionalism, work ethic and kind customer service.

I always arrive early to this location and observe how hard Anna works. From customers waiting inline and the drive through she handles all of them with a smile that can bee seen in her eyes.

I have seen customers be very rude to her and her staff she has still maintains a courtesy and kindness which makes the best of the situation.

Lets just say I have been one of those customers and she was able to help me through and brighten up my day even while I was in pain. With 4 back surgeries and a slough of other medical problems she has been a professional and kind to this grumpy old man

She listens and addresses all her customers concerns with an unmatched professionalism that exemplifies her profession. I will say this location needs more staff to better the customers experience. In the morning that location is very busy and 2 staff members would make it more efficient.

When I first started going there, the vibe was a little different at night, but it's always good customer service in the store part (pharmacy is a little less friendly...). It's a nice location. I live only a number of blocks from another location that is super ghetto- this one is almost two miles from me, but worth the trip. The neighborhood is cool and the store itself is pretty cozy, with a good selection/stock of items. CVS is, I think, a little more expensive that other stores that sell the same items, but use the CVS card and you'll end up saving more.

Very polite and friendly associates available to help with questions and very clean store.

This cvs is covid safe. I visit all the time and im not from the neighborhood. Staff is friendly and they don't mind my frequently walking the isle while I kill time. Clean, organized never in a shambles even during the times of unrest. This shop is ready for everything. Great plants here too.

CVS Pharmacy, especially the 771 N Ogden Avenue, is always helpful and proactive to provide coupons and alternate generic options to save on overpriced Rx medicines by the drug companies. I have a W**gr**ns at the corner near my home (0.2 miles) but I travel (an extra 1.5 miles) to this CVS because of the costumer service. I feel they are always conscientious about my $$'s even when I don't think to ask for alternatives & savings. My most recent experience, I received a call from Anna, the Pharmacist, and she was the only person staffed in the pharmacy at the time. She called because she noticed the high cost of the drug was not covered under insurance and she wanted to make sure I still wanted to fill it. I said no, and she recommended I research a manufacturer's coupon. I did and found one which would save me over $400!! I called back to make sure I didn't find fraud (an ad) rather than a real coupon. She was very busy (I could hear), and the hold times were long, but each time a very cheerful person was on the other end. Turns out the coupon I found was only valid at the other drug store previously mentioned. I let her know my coupon was only good today and my doctor's office was closed. She suggested that the other drug store could get it transferred to them but I would have to initiate it. I contacted the closest W**gr**ns to me @ Michigan/Chicago Avenues and
the sharp person on the other end let me know she could do it but it would be a couple of hours. When I asked her if we could check the coupon to make sure it was in fact valid, so I didn't waste their time/drugs to fill it, and my time and energy to get there, she told me several times no I'd have to come in person with the coupon. I found it hard to believe, especially since the Pharmacist at CVS was able to do it, so I insisted. She put me on hold for about 15 seconds and came back and said, what she said previously, I'd need to come in with the coupon. I had almost told my doctor, to call in the Rx to this drug store because it was close to my home and a snow storm was due...NOW, I remember! This is why I ALWAYS get my Rx filled at CVS and I will continue to do so. Thank you CVS and especially thank you Anna for being SO great!

If you are looking for a pharmacy that is open after work hours look no further. They are open till 10 PM on weekdays! They also have a drive through pharmacy which is rare.

They also have a large beer selection, and is frankly just a large CVS overall.

Good location right off the blue line, and staff is helpful and consistent.

Almost 24/7 rocks! 👍👍 Makes life a whole lot easy, you see. New COUPON machine.

31 SHADES of Revlon Photoready Foundation are here! Affordable MASKs galore on different aisles for face, hands and feet. Cheapest makeup remover wipes retailing at $2.50 for 20 towelettes (cheaper than CVS brand, Beauty 360). Testers are barely used and abused. Hoity toity effective brands, like Dermalogica & Peter Thomas Roth, have found it's way on the shelves as well. MUA selections.

STAFF have always been helpful, nice and thoughtful in a way that I was able to use restroom in times of desperation. Thank you! In tallness, he was able to find the MILANI brand on top shelf.

I love this CVS! The staff are warm and friendly. They are always willing to help me find an item. The pharmacy is also excellent: kind, patient, and well informed.

This is for the store, not pharmacy. Had to have a passport photo taken- they were reasonably priced (~$16) and ensure it met the basic standards.

This CVS is a game changer. The food selection and lactaid pills are located right next to each other, which is necessary for troubled tummies like mine.

Very convenient but a bit over priced but understandingly . You obviously wouldn't do your grocery shopping here. 24 hours is what got them 5 stars.

Jacob in the pharmacy helped to find a coupon for my prescription after moving away from this location. This was after my current CVS location asked me to do the research for them. Quite the lifesaver!

Handy, clean, what more could you ask

This place is a god-send at 2am when you need sustenance. Interesting people watching at that hour too. Tight parking lot, busy streets.

The women here so so so kind!! Also the store is always very clean and organized
