The cashier was very knowledgeable. He was able to help me figure out the apps UI and how to redeem accumulated points. The pro membership is worth it 100% with the monthly $5 off because it stacks with other deals.

They have a great selection of video game remote controllers. They also had a wide selection of Nintendo Switch accessories (cases, screen protectors, and controllers). They didn’t have as many video games to choose from, as other locations. The sales clerk was kind and helpful. Wonderful customer service.

They were super helpful for my son whose 9 and needed help when a mom who has never played couldn't help. The gentleman talked to him like a friend and helped throughout the who time. Explained the details of each item he wanted to get and my son was able to Male a fast and perfect choice for his switch!!!! They were all wearing proper face masks and was very kind and friendly

I came in for a Switch on a whim and was able to score one. I had a bunch of questions as I haven't owned any Nintendo products since a GameBoy Color. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and got me set up with exactly what I was looking for. When I got home, though, there was an issue with the Switch (not GameStop's fault). I tried to troubleshoot it myself, but was getting nowhere. I drove back to the store, and AGAIN, they were incredibly helpful. They took care of the issue for me and I am now enjoying my new console. Fantastic experience.

Just a Great Experience. The employees are very engaging. For example, today i went in to buy a game, one of the worker gave me his opinion on the game and how the game is. I ended up buying the pre owned because he found one with no scratches on it and i saved like $10.

It really nice when your not pressured in to buying things. We went in with no idea what we wanted and the employee helped us fund exactly what we were looking for. Unfortunately they didn't have the game at that location but he explained we can get it online. Very helpful! Especially when you know nothing about games.

Very helpful staff and good selection of games. They'll really go out of their way to help you decide what kind of games are best for what you're looking for as well as good up and coming games. Good selections of used 3DS games too. Highly recommend.

The guys here know a great deal about their industry, not just about the games. They had extensive knowledge on Funko and all the shops to get rarer collectables. I had a nice conversation about the older consoles and games to be remade with Jared and he was so curtious to the other patrons while i was there (45 min). Thats why ive been coming here since i was a kid.

Staff has always been friendly and helpful. Place is kept clean and fairly organized and no issues with finding any games or accessories at another store if they don't have it themselves.

The salesgirl was very helpful and kind. She was very informative and knowledgable which I appreciated. I dont know her name but we visited on Wednesday 5/19/21 between 7pm and 8pm! Thanks!

It's a Gamestop, if you've been in one you've mostly been in them all. Staff is usually very friendly at this location though, and that's what sets them apart. I haven't had a horrible experience yet at this location.

My son was looking for something in particular. They didn't have it but the worker helped him find another game. He was very helpful,and sharp in the videogame knowledge department.
