Stopped in while traveling from out of town, and was so happy i stopped by! Great shop with huge selection of new and older comic books ,toys and more!
Local artists featured in a few places in the store, really cool wall displays and a friendly owner! He was happy to chat and was very welcoming 🙏.

I have been shopping at Dreamwell for a few years now. My family and I moved out of the area a little over a year ago and Tim was gracious enough to keep my pull list and do mail orders for me. They are so responsive when I ask questions, are extremely knowledgeable if you are a new or even old collector. If you have any interest in expanding or starting a comic collection, I highly recommend this shop and the owners.

I loved to shop at Dreamwell Comics when they were in Las Vegas but now they have moved to Carson City. I was a box member #11 but those days are over. Tim Karter is the best at helping customer's with their comic book needs he is still a great friend to me. He had a older brother named Don they both owned the Las Vegas location and Carson City location untill Don's passing a couple of years ago and I miss our interlectual conversation's. Now Tim has Robert helping him at the Carson City store. He is very kind and helpful to me when I have a question about comics. I now do mail order with them because their prices beat Las Vegas comic stores hands down. Las Vegas loss is Carson City's gain. The comic store is like a family mom and pop store which is rare now days. To summit all up they are the ultimate in comic book and customer service pleasure. I really miss going to their store.

I started collecting again about 6 months ago to get my son into it. Dreamwell and Robert in particular is an amazing shop to have here locally. They are an old school shop, you won't find slabs, prices aren't insane on back issues and they put runs together with an emphasis on reading the books you buy. We are lucky to have them in town.

I've been to all the shops in the surrounding area and I have to say that Dreamwell is hands down the best shop you could visit here. Most other vendors are nice and polite, one particular vendor was quite rude to me(while looking ignorant in the process) but Robert surpasses all my expectations by far! He is extremely friendly and just as knowledgeable and most importantly he is 100% honest and transparent with everything. He has taken great care of me, my friends and I even had the opportunity to see him take great care of a complete stranger where anyone could have completely this person over the coals. If you're looking to sell off your comic book collection I would recommend to NOT bring them to anyone EXCEPT Robert at Dreamwell Comics!

Their customer service is awesome. I went to another place (just once) and no one even spoke to me. When I went to Dreamwell they not only acknowledged me when I came in, but gave me information about what I was buying since it was a present and I didn't know a lot about it. I have always felt very welcomed and I will be going their today for some last minute gifts.

Been a regular customer since 2015. Operated by two brothers who have been in involved with the Comic Book genre for over 20 years. If you have a question about any book, character or artist ask Tim! No mall store atmosphere like that place in Legends just two regular guys that know their stuff

This place is cool. The owners are two brothers. Older guys. You can get a pull box and they give you a discount if you have x amount pulled. The guy complaining they are overpriced is nuts. You pay cover price on everything unless its older stuff and they base it off guide.

I used to come here almost everyday with my best friend about 25 years ago, when they were in Las Vegas. Their comic shop is one of my happiest childhood memories. It was my escape from the bullies, health problems, poverty and other life challenges. Their 25¢ comic bin made it possible for a kid like me to finally be able to purchase something to call my own and the heroes in the stories really helped me overcome a lot in life. I'm glad I had a comic shop that made an 11 year old kid feel welcome. Thank you to the two brothers for creating dreamwell comics.

The Guys are the coolest. I moved and thought I would have to travel to Sacramento for a store. NOPE. I only drive 30 minutes to my Happy Place

Always helpful staff and has the full range of comics from classic pulps to IDW tie-ins and everything in between. 10/10 start a box and check every Wednesday to enter your zen.

Large selection. I ain't saying what cause I got lot's eye'd for future purchases. Friendly staff and owners.

Hidden gem in Carson City. Surprisingly wide variety and incredibly friendly staff. Cannot recommend this place enough!

This is an amazing comic store. They have DC and Marvel comics but they also have Star Wars, the Walking dead, TMNT, etc. There prices are low and the owners are so nice!!!
