I found what I needed and more. Love this store. BUT I DO NOT LIKE CHECKING MYSELF OUT!!! Bring back the friendly cashiers.

I'm so impressed with the Halloween selection this year. The store is neat and organized so it is easy to find the craft supplies you need. They often have sales and coupons to make things more affordable.

Last minute stop for candle supplies, the soy was of great quality. I also got some greener 1/2 off, they always such good deals, and coupons.

Lucky to have a Michael's in Reno. Always a good shopping experience here and end up spending more money than I wanted to. I usually love their front center display, it's typically a fun seasonal set design. Fun!

Alexis did an absolutely gorgeous job of framing 2 of my mom's paintings, and her expert advice on which frames and special inner borders to use was spot on. I am thrilled with the results!

The store has almost everything for the holidays and the prices are great. It was a zoo and the checkout person was easily flustered but she managed and everything was great

Mikaela in frames was such a delight to work with! We had 7 custom frames made and she took the time to talk us thru the process and make sure we were getting what we wanted. She had a great personality, showed us what it would look like when finished, got us signed up for rewards. Great experience!

Kat was AMAZING! found her and asked if she had a certain bead in stock they didn’t, but asked her what she uses to keep them organized. She took her time to show me what has and hasn’t worked for her. Thanks to Kat I was able to find a solution to store beads.

Staff very pleasant & helpful. More would be good. No power chair for shoppers. Homebound people craft a lot and this would boost sales.i was tired and offered chair. You won't get that at Walmart!. Store needs pricing.

I'm always impreased with their service. . No one was on the floor so l asked a cashier for help while she had a line she was editing on. She was very respectful and very helpful. Selection was outstanding. I'll always shop at Michael's before I'll even consider Hobby Lobby. Religious fanatics like them will never get my business. And their open on Sundays. Thank you for having a quality clean store. You've earned my business.

Ricardo was super helpful helping me find leather paint. He was good at giving detailed instructions on how to add coats and how long to let the coats dry before applying them. Even recommended me to apply krylon matt finish after the leather was dry, something I did not know was a necessary step before. Good kid seems to know what he's doing.

Great craft store with about everything you could possibly need for projects. Great selections and very kind staff.
