I went into the Auto Zone in Firestone to see if I needed a new battery. Jeremiah was very helpful. He tested my old battery and I did need a new one. He stayed after his shift to put in my new battery . He went above and beyond! I appreciate his willingness to help me out very much!

Shannon and Ryan were SO helpful with getting my battery swapped out. Super knowledgeable and felt very cared for. I took my mom with me and Ryan held the door open for her every single time. Above and beyond customer service.

Davene was the best, she was very helpful and very fun to talk to! The Longmont AutoZone messed up the battery size and Davene solved the issue for us! Not only did she help us exchange for the correct size, she also made sure we had the warranty filled out properly! Best experience at AutoZone to date!

Asked to speak to manager, Jeremiah knew what he was doing and helped me find what I needed. Staff was also friendly.

Called 15 minutes before close to get a commercial pricing because 4 stores refused to help, and was assisted by Panda. She was extremely willing to help, and even though she admitted she didn't know much, got me what I needed and was super polite about it.

Came in for some parts, they were busy and there was a short line. When it was my turn I was greeted with a beautiful smile by Panda who was working the counter. She is an asset to this store with her great customer service !

My boyfriend and I went in today for headlights and we were serviced by Allen. He made the experience very enjoyable as he helped replace what we needed. A very good, above and beyond employee. Thank you, Allen!

Came in looking for a part. Was greeted and helped right way by Mike V, Miguel, and Alan. They were able to help me find the part and was out the door 20 minutes later.

Just came in for a battery, Jeremiah installed it for me which I greatly appreciated. Good store, great service.
Battery prices suck!!

I went in today to get a new battery and have it changed. Katrina exceeded all my expectations of what amazing customer service is. The corrosion was so bad on my old battery that it was very difficult to get it off but she persisted and got it done. I am grateful she was able to help me out of what could have been a much more stressful situation. It’s rare to find someone who is willing to give a customer like myself the time of day and I’m very thankful.

Service today was great! I walked in and was immediately greeted and asked if I needed help. They taught me the difference between projection and non-projection headlamps, got me the 2 items needed and I was on my way. Highly recommend.

Very good experience ,realy good customer service

I'm not in parts stores or shops often but when I am, generally I'm greeted with not so great customer service. Tyler A. had a great attitude today when I came in to pick up a part and was very kind. As was the manager when I called up compliment them. So of course, a great attitude with great customer service should result in a great review!

I came in today with an issue about putting on my temporary plates but had an issue because one of the welded pieces broke off. Sadly it was my fault. I spoke with a guy named Matt and he was helpful but I had other errands to run in a timely manner and said I’d be back later. I ended up getting the actual plates and came back and asked if Matt was there. Well, he wasn’t but a super friendly and extremely helpful employee named Oscar T. was.. He walked me through my situation and was out in the parking lot on hands and knees going above and beyond. Found all the correct materials I needed, and even helped install them. He even came up with a brilliant solution to the part that I had broken using a rubber part so my license plate was secure. And as I was leaving I mentioned that I had one more errand to run as I needed a new battery for my key fob. Well, guess what, Oscar T. to the rescue again. Saved me another trip. Great guy, and an excellent employee overall. Would highly recommend.

The folks at AutoZone are awesome. Davene gave us great customer service when looking for a new battery for my car. She is kind and attentive and was so great to work with. And Fred went above and beyond when he came out and put in my car battery for us when he saw us struggling to put the new battery in. I will never buy car parts anywhere else. Thank you for making us feel valued and important!

I ran over a semi-truck tire on the highway. I stopped at this Auto Zone and Jesus helped me patch up the underside so I could keep driving. He was so friendly and accommodating. I can’t say enough good things about his customer service.
