Firestone Complete Auto Care

I came into this Firestone today and Peter was very welcoming. I had an unexpected thing happen and he just made everything easy. He was very understanding and empathic towards me. Plus being a woman coming into a repair shop can be intimidating. People think you don’t know anything and treat you like you are dumb. Peter didn’t make me feel like that at all. Reassured me in everything. I also live up in Fort Collins and will be coming back down for any work I need done. I haven’t found my mechanic shop until today. I wish I could give more than 5 stars for Peter! This guy needs to be recognized!

Stopped in today to get a nail in my tire fixed. I was on my way to work and needed it done fast. Garrett Sanford was extremely helpful, professional and quick to get me back on the road. Highly recommend everyone comes here!

The store manager and shop manager went above and beyond to help get my car repaired as quickly as possible. Garrett and Peter are lovely human beings. I would not dream about getting our cars repaired anywhere else.

I’m a usual client of Firestone but I decided to visit Grease Monkey for an oil change while I was out of town- never doing that again. The Firestone guys were able to get me in the same day I noticed problems and were able to get a new part for my car within in a few days so I wasn’t driving a leaky car with my son. I also wanted to thank everyone there for making sure my baby and I were okay while waiting to be serviced, and also keeping me in the loop of what y’all thought was wrong. I really appreciate them always taking care of my car and going to the extent to check other areas of my car to make their functioning okay. You get what you pay, Firestone is worth it. Thanks again guys

Garrett did a phenomenal job from start to finish. My radiator needed to be replaced and their team provided a quick diagnosis and repair/replacement. In addition, I was planning on replacing my tires at another facility and they were able to provide me a deal that price matched the other location with their similar quality tires. Very thorough, communicated well, and would highly recommend anyone needing car assistance to take their vehicles to them. Great customer service!

Garrett and his team are amazing. I came here with what I thought was a small issue with my vehicle and it turned into a huge ordeal with my insurance and the previous mechanic that did shotty and dishonest work on my vehicle. Garrett kept me informed about what was going on throughout the entire process- even when my insurance company didn't. I can't thank everyone here at Firestone enough for how they helped me during this months-long process. I came back for an oil change today on my new vehicle and Stu was so kind while checking me in and out. This would be my forever mechanic if I wasn't moving to a new state soon. If you need anything done to your vehicle, bring it here. These people will take great care of you and your vehicle and won't try to nickel and dime you.

I was driving down the highway far from home when I got a flat tire.
You had to pay additional towing fees to get it close to home, and in my experience, same-day service was almost impossible. Firestone was very prompt with same day service.
Stuart was very friendly and I appreciated fixing my car so quickly.

I got an oil change and some other things done by here. The manager Garrett is a truly stand up guy who provides clear communication and quality work!! Highly highly recommend this place for everything.

We got a piece of metal in our tire on our way out of Denver headed to home to SD and we stopped at this Firestone in Firestone and Garrett was SO helpful!!! He was shorthanded and needing to close the shop but he took the time to look at our tire, tell us our options and then took the time to call other Firestone locations to see who had what we needed so we weren’t on the road more than we needed to be until we could get fixed! Garrett restored our faith in great customer service!! Thank you SO much!!

Firestone Complete Auto Care was AMAZING!! We had some really tough stuff happen with my son’s car, & they were absolutely wonderful to us. They were quick to address everything, & Garrett went above and beyond to take care of us!! I can’t thank him enough for all the kindness he showed us!!! Their customer service is top-notch!!! I dropped in to this Firestone and they got my vehicle taken care of very quickly and Peter was not only friendly, but very good about keeping my personal info private in a quiet room filled with other customers. I appreciated the timeliness and discretion that Firestone showed during my visit!

I totally agree with the previous reviewers, Store Manager Garrett Sanford is totally amazing! I rolled into his shop on a temp-tire after hitting a gi-normous pothole on I-25 in the wee hours of the morning. I had completely shreeded one tire, but Garrett also noticed that I had a bulging-bubble on a second tire that would soon need replacing. Good catch! I drive an older model Mazda that features a low-profile tire, and it is very hard to find that particular size anymore. Garrett didn't have one in stock, but he immediately put the word out to other shops in the region, and miraculously, the Firestone in Ft Collins called to say they had one. WOW! I was in a real pickle, and this Firestone that's ironically in the town of Firestone (gotta love that) really took care of me. Amazing customer service! Thank you, Garrett. : )

Came in today for an oil change and tire rotation. Stuart was at the desk! Very impressed with how clean this location is and how friendly everyone is. He gave me updates and answered all of my questions!

My car barely rolled into their parking lot this morning and it couldn't have been anywhere better! I can't say enough about Garrett to explain his kindness, understanding and helpfulness! They got me fixed up and back on the road. All I can say is thank you so very much for everything.

Garrett is an incredible human being, and restored my faith in humanity! Thank you for going above and beyond the call of duty to help my sister and I today. Her car literally broke down in the parking lot of this place, and I’m so grateful for that because we couldn’t have been helped by a better person.

Jason was awesome. I went in tonight, at 5 pm, with a blown tire. He was getting ready to leave for the night, but stayed and replaced my tire for me. Great customer service sir.
