Great customer service. They went out of their way to stay open and help me get the parts i needed to fix a trailer i was working on. Highly recommend them and personally I'll drive out of my way to shop there instead of going elsewhere. Thanks again for your help ya'll was awesome.

The most awesome people you can find to help me with my E/H brake actuator troubleshooting and repair. She called me back said when they will call me back and setup a conference call with a out side technician to make sure all my concerns are address the first call, I can not ask for a better service at this stage, I actually spoke to a live person that really knows about their product . 2 thumbs up from me

We ordered a new axle through Redneck Trail and when we went in to pick it up I could not have been more satisfied with the experience. James, the manager, was very responsive to our order and needs. I really appreciated how he treated us and am happy to say that we felt good about our purchase.

My experience at Redneck was a good one. Even though Quinn could see he wasn't going to make a sale because they didn't have the particular part I needed, he treated me like I'd been a long time customer. He showed me how to disassemble my tire so I would know what to look for when I found the right part and also so I would know how to install it. I am a newbie to the RV world and had never heard of Redneck before this afternoon . Now it is my go-to for shopping for our new-to-us RV.
