Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

I went to this store primarily to get some paint swatches for deciding on colors. Employees were helpful to provide what I was looking for. I was surprised how important it is to get those paint swatches because the S-W app colors vary a LOT on different phones and different computer monitors versus the real paint swatches.

Nicely laid out store with very friendly staff. The manager is great and all the employees seems generally happy to be here. Always a pleasant experience.

I've shopped here on multiple occasions and the service has always been top notch!

For example, today I stopped by to pick up stain for my fence. I needed more than was in stock. Nick was super helpful and spent quite a bit of time trying to track down a store that would have the quantity I needed. He'd check the inventory on the computer and then called the store to verify it and try to place it on hold for me. He tried multiple stores and would call me back each time to let me know if they did or did not have it. Minutes before closing time, he manged to track down the nearest store for me. I really appreciate the service!

Randy was absolutely amazing! His knowledge and calm personality made our paint buying experience better than we could have asked for! He really went above & beyond to help us and he shared so much useful knowledge with us. Thanks Randy!

Employees are very helpful with all sorts of technical questions. They helped me get set up to spray with an airless sprayer, even though I bought the sprayer elsewhere. The Sherwin Williams paints are also much nicer than hardware store brands (better coverage and needs fewer coats; they held up better to cleaning too in my experience). They have made me want to continue coming back!

These guys were awesome! I totally forgot what the girls name was but she was very hepful for my needs to get a certain facemask to my family who are recommended to have a special facemask to help breath fresh air through the smoke and debris from the California fires! She was awesome enough to give me a deal to make sure my family got it! First time going here and had a very awesome experience! I very much appreciate the concern for my family! If i can give this place and herself 100 stars i would!

I arrived at this store on Colorado and Firestone at 11:00 am on Saturday 03/02/19 Hands down best store for clean restroom! Nothing says I care about my customers other than taking pride in their storefront appearance. The two gentleman found and got my order within a reasonable amount of time, they called the other store to confirm the accuracy in order as well to ensure they got what they were needing. I’d highly recommend these two for a merit increase.

I'm giving 5 stars because the man that helped me was very nice and patient despite the long line of customers that would make anyone flustered.

However to the young man named Nick...bro you need to chill, it is not that serious. You gotta jump off whatever high horse you're riding on and stop tounge lashing other employees in front of customers. So what if the man helping me made a few mistakes, it was definitely not something that needed correcting in front of me. He asked for help several times and your condisending remarks were so unnessecary. You're rude and your feedback is not at all constructive when given in that disgusting inappropriate manner. If an employee makes a mistake then course correct in private. Attempting to humiliate other employees for what they do wrong in front of customers will never make right of anything. If I was the manager of this place and saw you blantenly bullying a fellow employee you'd be fired on the spot no questions asked.

Austin, the manager of this store is great. I had a minor issue with my paint and he was willing to do anything it took to make us happy customers. He exceeded my expectations! Thank you!

the young woman who helped me was extremely efficient and courteous. I wish I had asked her name, so that I could ask for her in the future. In fact, she was the only team member who offered assistance.

They keep all your color information on file so you don't have to dig around for it. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Fantastic experience!

William and Liam were very nice and helpful and even offered to carry my paint to the car for me. They were very knowledgeable about the paint and supplies.

Really helpful staff! I'm a first time homeowner so I'm really unsure about a lot of what I need and don't and they were really quick to answer any questions I had from paint color matches to the best paint to stand up to a toddler!

Helpful employees and quality paint. My husband and I are having our house painted in the near future. Purchasing sample paint colors really helped us decide on colors.
