Luke was amazing. He was very patient while I was dropping off my old phone there was a customer that I would have told to get lost because they were very rude as soon as they walked in the door but I watched Luke handle them very well while helping 3 other customers including myself. The only thing I would suggest is to get Luke some help!

I live in westminster but will continue to go up there because I was very happy with Luke.

Luke helped me with my phone and was incredibly helpful and kind! He was patient the entire throughout the process and explained everything he was doing :) rock dude, you're great!

Lucas was a great. His customer service skills are outstanding and he is a very patient man. Helped me with everything that I asked for and made the process of getting a new phone as simple as it can be.

After hours ,literally , on the phone with apple and AIG no one could help my daughter. We went into the Firestone location as a last ditch effort and not very hopeful. Mike V. Greeted us right away and had my daughter’s phone back on within minutes. Thank you again for your expertise !!!!!🙌👏👏👏👏👏👏

Jordan and Laura are some of the best people I have ever met, let alone Verizon employees. Beyond helpful and professional while also still maintaining a comfortable and friendly atmosphere. Couldn’t have wished for half of the service and experience I received from them, that’s how good they were. Will recommend everyone I know and everyone I talk with to go here.

After two weeks of online, in store (a corporate store, not this one) and phone call madness, Andy got my phone number back from limbo and was able to hook me up with a cool new phone. If you want some real customer service and not just a sales person, this is the place.

Paul was our hero! I am currently 32 weeks pregnant & we discovered that the Verizon store in Boulder had taken my phone number & put it as my husbands traveling number (so I was unable to make any calls & all of my incoming text messages were going to his phone). Needless to say we were beyond stressed not being able to communicate with one another (on top of me not able to communicate with anyone in case of emergency). We stopped in here (looking very frantic) and Paul helped us out immediately. We could not have asked for a better experience, he spent a decent amount of time making sure our phones were back in working order. We will not be going to any other Verizon location when we have this phenomenal store! Do yourself a favor & go here, the staff is friendly & what felt like a massive headache turned into a really pleasant experience. Thanks again Paul for saving the day, we truly appreciate you!

I had a great sales experience with sales representative, Andy. He was extremely helpful and patient during our time there. We drove out of our way to go to this Verizon store instead of the Corporate Store for the better experience.

Zach was amazing and helped me so much! I had the hardest time getting things straightened out with my old service. He not only helped me when I was in the store, he kept working on my issue after I left. I came back and he had things figured out. He was friendly and helpful. I can't thank him enough and look forward to working with Verizon from here on out!

These guys were GREAT!!!!! Soooo much better than the corporate BoulderVerizon store by LEAPS AND BOUNDS!! Saved me a TON and got me into an upgrade on the fly (cracked screen) at a fraction of the cost!! Highly recommended!!!

Alexander and Ethan were great in responding to 4 different customers simultaneously no one was in longer than 15 minutes. This has Always been my experience with All the Reps at this branch. There may be lower rates but there is not better service and support for products.

So Ian at this store is truly awesome!!! If you want someone that has your best interest at heart.... Will shoot you straight.... Listen to what you really need.... Then go to Ian!!! I won't go into the story but he was awesome during every part of our multiple interactions!! Truly thankful I got to deal with him! Made it all painless!!!

Sahian (pronounced cyan), was absolutely by far the best customer service person I have ever had the privilege of dealing with! She is well worth her weight in gold! She went over and above to get me set up my new phone (iPhone 12) after having so many issues with my old iPhone. She not only called Verizon technical support but also called Apple support so we could figure out what was going on. I cannot say thank you enough to this young lady for getting everything squared away to where I walked out with my new phone that didn’t have any issues. This young lady is going to go far! If her manager does not have her down for a major bonus this year he should seriously consider it! It is truly hard to find a customer service representative with this kind of integrity and character! Thank you thank you thank you Sahian.
