Trey has to be the best employee I have ever experienced, I have had to go in a couple of times and he has helped be both times. He was always respectful, kind, and a gentleman to me and my wife. He explained everything to me perfectly and clear. I just thought I would write this in case anyone wanted a referral for anyone in the store. Trey will always be my first choice and I ask for him every time. I believe we should stand behind him and get that man a raise! I don’t usually do these type of things but man, Was he a good employee.

I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by an outstanding salesperson when purchasing a new phone. Their extensive knowledge of the products, patience in addressing my questions, and genuine enthusiasm made the entire experience enjoyable. I felt well-informed and confident in my decision, thanks to their excellent customer service. I highly recommend this salesperson for their professionalism and expertise. Had a few questions I needed to get sorted out. Came in and talked with Travis. Super easy going, great to work with and took his time to make sure I got all the answers I needed. Super dialed experience. Never felt rushed or pushed out which was great

Came in to switch to Verizon a couple days ago and was greeted by a gentleman named Trey. He was very polite and knowledgeable on all products. He answered all questions and concerns I had, Having him explain everything in depth made me feel comfortable and confident in making the switch to Verizon. If you are ever in the area or go to this store I would recommend you ask for Trey.

Walked in fairly late to get a new phone transferred onto the account as well as some other things and Caleb was very helpful and courteous. He went above and beyond to show me through the apps and the ins and outs of the plan add ons. He stayed late on a Sunday night just to make sure I was taken care of.

I cannot thank Tyler and Tanner at the Firestone exit store off I95 enough. Both of these very nice young guys helped me get my business service online, they took the time to make sure everything went smoothly knowing I was on a time crunch! Thank you guys! I just wanted to give a huge thanks to Mr. Trey. As a college student with little to no knowledge when it comes to cellular plans, I was nervous to say the least. However, I could almost immediately tell he held no intention in taking advantage of my inexperience. Trey showed me the upmost respect throughout our interaction, helped me to fully understand each step of the process before continuing, and provided me with several options to chose from rather than insisting “he knew what was right for me”. To sum it up, I was nothing short of impressed with Trey and will be sure to hold his name in high regards when providing recommendations to family and friends.

We have been Verizon customers for many years now but over the last month we have needed to make some changes to our current plan for business purposes and efficiency. I would have to say we have had the best experience this far, with the help of Jordan Harrison, Verizon, Loveland, CO. That young man was absolutely excellent and deserves some serious recognition. Well done! We were actually considering switching carriers due to the lack of customer care we've received until this experience. Verizon, Vote for Jared and give him a raise! 👏 👏 👏
