Highly recommend! Rick was incredible with his care and attention to details when packing and shipping my fragile family heirlooms cross country recently. He took his time with each delicate antique piece (large and small) carefully wrapping and packing them to ensure they all made the journey safely to me. He was meticulous about how he packed framed pieces and photo albums to ensure I received the best value with the shipment. I couldn’t be happier with the service from start to finish. This place is great and knows their stuff! Unlike the UPS Store in Niagara Falls that didn't know only United States Postal Service can mail to overseas military bases!

I've only had to come here to return Amazon packages - it's super easy and you don't need any packaging for it, and they just scan the code from your phone and they package it for you with others. You get a credit back to your account immediately doing it this way, AND save trucks on the road overall. The guy I see working the front desk every time I come in seems to know his stuff well and is very friendly and helpful. Everyone seems to know and like him and I always leave with a smile. Its a convenient place to have around for this purpose! :)

I'm currently in Raleigh on business for an extended period of time. I have very important packages (monthly) sent this way, using this UPS Location. There's a female associate or manager there who has been helping me out a ton getting these packages sent to me, sometimes very time sensitive. She's amazing and she's a life saver. Whoever you are, thank you! Give this woman a raise UPS!!!

The UPS store Staff fell over themselves creating a beautiful calendar of my Mother's watercolor paintings this past Christmas. My whole family was blessed by how the calendars turned out. The Staff were thorough and communicated with me via email with questions about layout allowing me to be a part of the whole process. I will be doing business with them again. Highly recommended.

I have worked with the very friendly and helpful staff at the UPS Store for at least 10 years. They have made for me several posters, brochures, banners, and miscellaneous items, always on time, even when I have a rush job. The considerable knowledge of their craft means they can fulfill my vision for the product.

I enjoy the excellent services provided by the Geneva, NY UPS store. I have only shipped packages a few times. These were handled and processed quickly and securely. However, I use their printing and copying service often, taking advantage of their advance copy machines for many projects.
The latest service I have used is to submit long spread sheets of names and addresses to be printed onto address labels. This is something that I cannot do on my home computer. Their staff knows how to make this happen, and it makes it easy to do a mass mailing when there are a hundred or more people on my mailing list.
I recommend the Geneva UPS store to anyone who has shipping or copying needs.

My salesperson was very nice I forgot a piece of paper that I needed to ship things and she just told me that I could bring it right back that day so I did she was very nice I can't remember her name

It is great to have a place to ship packages to. A place where they will securely hold the package until I pick them up. Much safer than having it delivered to the front steps:). And the staff is great about notifying you when a package comes in and getting it when you arrive.

Located in NJ and needed to have something picked up from a warehouse nearby and shipped to Brooklyn. The owner picked up the product, boxed it, and shipped it! Amazing store and extremely grateful for the efforts to provide this amazing customer service.

The staff is always friendly and happy to help. I am computer illiterate and they do all the work for me. What a relaxing experience for non computer people like me!

Service is very good. we get notifications when delivery is expected and the delivery is within the time frame and personnel are always friendly and bring the packages to the door.

I usually go to the ups store in auburn but i have been having issues with the services at that location. I would much rather give my bussiness to the geneva location thier much more convenient and helpful.

At every visit over the years we have been treated professionally and courteously really appreciate the service. Never have been disappointed. Great office, great people!!!
