I’ve been extremely happy with our local Lowe’s store.

Every department has been knowledgeable and very helpful.

Today, they helped me find parts and even assisted in cutting the boards for me. They didn’t fit in my car and John assisted after his shift to bring it to my home. I can’t thank him enough for doing this for me. Brandon went above and beyond to find me in the store letting me know they had an item we couldn’t find together.

Thank you to the team for all your help over these last few months.

I only had to go in and get stain for my deck. Since I've never stayed a deck before I had to get some help with it but there were two guys that were very helpful I can't remember their names but they work in different departments I believe one worked in the paint department and the other one didn't but he had experience with it so they were very helpful

The Assistant Manager is SO helpful and very knowledgeable! Painting a room in the house!? they got you covered, don't like the color? they replace it, no questions! Got the carpet to match and replaced my bulbs to LED all in 1 shot, did the whole room in a day Thanks to the help at Lowe's Geneva!

Great store but they didn't have what I needed

I had a dryer delivered today both men were very nice and friendly I was very pleased give the a ten 👍

I went into Lowes to checkout the progressive leasing,a young guy( can't remember his name)was very helpful.i had problems with filling paperwork online cuz couldn't remember bank account,he explain to do it online at home,and come back later,but he wasn't going to be there,and I could get with Adam,before 8pm.i came back about 730pm,Adam was very helpful.he did my carryout after u got my item that I wanted,I thanked him,he thanked me, shook hands and he was very polite,thank tou

The Lowe’s store in Waterloo great service one of the employees named John went above and beyond for customer service store 2759

Looking for a gas cap for my lawnmower I found one without packaging or price.
Went to service desk and they called a manager. The manager found price in aisle (the most expensive cap there.) I said I needed it so I'd take it. She sensed my frustration and when we walked up to check out she took 50 percent off. Which made me happier and I thanked her very much. Nice gesture in a day filled with frustration.

The only thing I hate about this store is that my husband and I can't ever go in here without walking out with a new cactus, hahaha! Help is easy to find and can always answer our questions, and we always can get what we're looking for with our projects. I've never gotten a sick or diseased plant from this store, and I used to work in agricultural research (so I know that this isn't always the easiest feat). Very happy with the quality of the products sold here.
Update 3/7/22 - service is still as wonderful as ever! I haven't met a single employee here that wasn't cheerful, helpful, or fun to strike up conversation with. I love this store!

Always a good destination.. Almost always have what I need..

I didn't realize they closed at 9:00 when I marched my happy butt in to actually SHOP for power tools at 8:45. Total D move.
But the employees were very kind and helpful, and not a single one of them told us they were closing soon, or rushed us out the door.
I was able to enjoy myself and shop around. I definitely recommend this store.

If I could work here I would. I love Lowe's this much. I do miss their race car though.

Went I For a grill and bought one. Carla was excellent!! So nice and very knowledgeable.

I love to shop here and wander the endless isles of EVERYTHING! This time of year especially (spring) I'm in here at least once a week buying plants & flowers and all the things I need for my garden! All the people that work here in their stations, (paint/bath/appliances/ garden etc...) really seem to know what they're talking about! And most are very helpful & service with a 😊 smile!

Tom helped me in the painting department today. He’s passionate about painting, knowledgeable, friendly, and couldn’t have been more helpful. He even worked past his break to make time for me. He’s got great people skills!

I purchased a washer and dryer for my parents. John was extremely patient, helpful, and delightful. I was told that Lowe's no longer gives veterans discounts on appliances. That's disappointing!

They were very helpful and had everything we were looking for. The store is clean and the staff is always very polite, knowledgeable and ready to help. We bought a Husqvarna chain saw from them and it works great. Definitely the place to go for your home improvement needs!

Dan was so helpful and knowledgeable. He helped us pick out all the rights pieces we would need for our propane tanks. Even when out of his way to make sure that we didn't need any extra pieces that everything fit correctly.
Carla was also a great help. She went over all our options and made sure that we knew exactly what we were buying and how it was going to work.
I couldn't ask for two better people to help me when I was having a major crisis. Thank you Dan and Carla ♥♥
