Mavis Discount Tire

I purchased Goodyear Assurance all-season tires from Mavis; after 5 months of use I hit a nail and immediately brought it in to be replaced or repaired. Luckily, they were able to check the tire and saw that it was reparable and fixed the tire for free. Just a note to future buyers, the warranty for tire replacement is NOT included in the tire purchase and the Goodyear warranty does not cover nails. Thanks for making this so easy to deal with Mavis!!

I have nothing but great things to say about these guys. They were reasonably priced and very thorough. They even fixed my lawn mower tire for me! I highly recommend these guys and this will be the only tire shop I use in the future.

Had to come in to have my tire checked, it was losing air slowly. They were fast and very professional when listening to me explain the issue. Got my tire plugged, showed me the nail that I had ran over and I was out of the parking lot within 40 minutes. Definitely best tire services I've ever received. Recommending to all my friends and family.

Had another tire issue and setup an appointment online, they called me a couple minutes later saying I could come in immediately if I had the time. Best customer service I've had in a while.

Both my vehicles needed an inspection, oil change and tire rotation. Made the appointments on back to back days. They had me out the door in just over an hour both days. No high pressure sales, only good advice on the maintenance of my vehicles. Friendly, knowledgeable and hard working staff. Highly recommend the Geneva NY location.

These young men were super helpful. We traveled from VA and our low tire pressure light came on, but when we checked them we couldn’t find the problem. Turns out our valve was leaking…and another tire had a puncture. They repaired both in a timely fashion for a super reasonable price. Greatly appreciated!!

The staff here is amazing!! We got a flat on I90, 3 hours from home and an hour from where we had to be. Yelped Mavis, the Geneva location popped up, I told them we were driving with a donut, we can be there in 21 min, we pulled in and my car was on the life within 5 min. Definitely recommend!!! Their prices seem a little bit high, but hey, we all have to make a living. The guys there are all very nice. They always do their best to get my vehicles in as soon as possible and they always explain any issues that arise. The district manager, Justin was very helpful at their Newark location. Joey is always helpful at the Geneva location. I go there so much that he knows me by name.

This location was a huge help in a time of need. Traveling back to Ithaca from Buffalo I caught a flat, then my spare went too. Nick personally was a great help getting me back on the road with great prices. Even when police arrived to harass me about having a flat, Nick and the crew was able to help de-escalate the situation. After the team got me in and out back onto the road in the same day. Great service all around!

Took my truck for a flat repair and an inspection. The boys at this shop made the experience easy and quick. Excellent customer service skills, friendly atmosphere, they were extremely informative and all around nice to talk to. They didn't try to sell me stuff I don't need like valvoline or Monroe muffler. I will absolutely trust them with my vehicle next time I should need urgent repairs in Geneva.

Had to have my old tires taken off and my new ones put on and balanced and they had me in and out in a very reasonable time! They were very polite and helpful. Answered any questions we had. First the background, my Wife and I had driven out to Dayton Ohio 04/11/2024 to watch our daughter and her team compete in the WGI Color Guard World Championships. On the way back, on I90 in New York, I got a low tire warning and I was barely able to get to the Clifton Park Rest area to try filling the tire back up, no good, so I called AAA, got passed to the Transit Authority because the rest area was on I90, while waiting, I was explaining my situation to a NY State Trooper and he suggested I look for tire place in Geneva NY. I called Mavis and ordered 4 new tires (my tires were really bad), I got there at 3:42 and I was able to drive out of Mavis Discount Tire in Geneva NY right at their closing time, the tires are great, price was exactly what was quoted of me! They saved us too, on the way back going through RT9 in Vermont, through the Green Mountain National Forest, Rain Snow!!

Needed a wheel bearing, called the day before, got the appt, good to go!! I'm a Rural Mail Carrier and I work 6 days a week, they take good care of me

Earlier this week, I removed my winter wheels and mounted my summer wheels. Because a different set of rims and TPM sensors are on the car now, I needed these wheels synched with my car so the dash light would go out (a minor issue I have every spring and fall). I was passing through town and stopped on a busy Saturday morning. The team took care of me IMMEDIATELY, and had me out the door in less than 20 minutes. They're a friendly and polite team, you can't beat their price or their service!!

Every member of the Geneva Mavis team was extremely helpful as I walked in without an appointment one hour before closing. They took their time, thoroughly examining my tire and finally resolving an issue that my dealership repeatedly failed to diagnose and fix. Thank you to the entire Geneva team!

The team here is exceptional! This is my second time going here for services, and both times I've left happy. They answered all of my dumb questions, and the inspector brought me into the shop to explain things to me directly. This is the only place I'll be taking my vehicle.

Honestly satisfied with my experience with being new to getting my own car fixed mavis employees were very helpful and polite they even helped me when there was some miscommunication about what I needed. Great service .

WOW!! Literally the best interaction I have ever had at a car repair shop. They were super friendly, got me in as soon as they could. The person I spoke to Josh came out of the office just to finish working on my vehicle. They told me things that I needed to fix but weren’t pushy about it when I told them I didn’t have the money, they helped me apply for credit so I could get the extra repairs done and even though I wasn’t approved the fact that their first initiative was to fix what was wrong with my vehicle made a huge impression. Great deal on a break and rotor replacement for less money than I was going to pay somewhere else and got me in same day while the other place had an 8 day waiting period. I can’t even compliment them enough. You guys are awesome!

Mavis has great service and is incredibly professional. I came in with a screw in my tire and they had it repaired in no time! In and out in under 30 mins. Great job and will definitely return with future business.
