AT&T Store

Miguel’s customer service is phenomenal! He was very thorough about our plan and upgrades. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and has an awesome personality. Best service myself and my husband have had yet with AT&T.

Miguel was super helpful when I came in to change my phone number. He was also super knowledgeable and explained things very clearly so they were easy to understand. Great customer service! :)

The sale rep did an outstanding job of resolving all of my issues and questions. She spent a lot of time with me and gave competent solutions to all of my concerns. I highly recommend this store.

These Two Guys Working at this AT&T store in Geneva,NY were the True meaning of Customer Service…My Phone took a Ride on the top of a car and came to a abrupt end leaving my device unusable.. although I am still waiting for my Apple portion to return to normal the AT&T part is functioning perfectly!!

I’m traveling today and I stopped in the store and met Michael. My iPhone was frozen and he fixed it for me in 5 minutes. I am so grateful for Michael he saved my vacation!! I can use my phone now!!!

Jesse is absolutely amazing! He offers professional experience with warmth and humor. He made the experience so easy for me, and as a non tech person I am so appreciative.

Store was clean and smelled like a store (which is good). Jake was extremely knowledgeable and helped my family find phones that were a good fit for them. He was funny and provided and answered any questions they had.

The location of the store is convenient and next to a bubble tea place which I enjoy.

When we went in to talk to the guys in the Geneva, NY AT&T store, they were attentive, helpful, and didn’t try to oversell us on plans or phones. After days of frustration and dead ends, I was a nervous wreck by the time I walked into the AT& T store in Geneva, NY. Luckily I was greeted by Joshua and Shiro from whom I received OVER THE TOP customer care. Authentic and attentive, they invested a great deal of time assisting me with a complicated technical problem and were able to resolve most of the issue while I was there as well as give me the tools I needed to deal with the rest when I got home. It's been smooth sailing ever since. I am truly grateful and highly recommend this place. Thank You!!!
