AT&T Store

This store is amazing! It's super clean and the employees are so kind, Alex helped me find just what I needed at the right price! Definitely recommend.

The manager, Alex, is extremely helpful, and she was very patient helping me through an issue with my phone. 10/10 would come back to see her if I have any more issues in the future.

I just left store in front royal and worked with Alex she was so extremely knowledgeable of products and software very professional gave privacy to enter passwords helped solve all myproblrms . Great assets to at&t stores

Well I returned to this store after a year or two ago. I recently purchased a Galaxy watch online through at&t and the order was cancelled due to an ID issue. So I walked in, Johnathan was more then happy to help me.

Turns out, I actually saved 50% by going to the store. I even cancelled another order online just because they were very helpful.
Purchased earbuds as well.

From my previous experience from before, very impressed.. I would recommend for everyone to go and see Johnathan and the other workers as well. They were all very helpful and very knowledgeable as to what they were selling and explaining the purpose of certain things that I wish not to say online.. Thank you At&t for Johnathan and the Front Royal team.

Alexis assisted me with cellphone issues/upgrade options - and she really took the time and provided the attention needed to resolve my issues. She also did a great job of managing the incoming crowds - it is tough operating a storefront like the Apple Store Geeksquad model....

I have had my ATT line for 22 years, and it is this level of service, as provided by Alexis, that keeps me as a customer

Alex at AT&T front Royal Va has been absolutely exception. Alex is the definition of customer service and has gone above and beyond to help my father, John, when it comes to any issues he may have, whether it be billing, connectivity anything. She is patient and kind, if you are looking for cell phone carrier who has exceptional customer service I would recommend Att front Royal and ask for Alex!

Just want to say what an amazing experience I had working with Jonathan at this store. He made my switch from Verizon to AT&T seem less and fun. My wife and I had such a pleasant experience. When I can back a week or so for some help with my phones I noticed Jonathan leaving work for the day and after saying hi to him he clocked back in only to be amazing again! Such an asset to your company. Also I have to mention Andrew and Corey for their amazing help also! All 3 employees were truly great!!

I purchased my phone here and a couple months later, I discovered I went through all of my storage and was told about a plan through Apple for 9.99 a month for 2,000 pictures and I can share it with family members. I am not phone savvy and really just appreciate the camera on the phone as I have the 14 pro. But Alex the store manager helped me when she nor the store had any really gain by it. I so appreciated her help as I am a tad older in my 60's and was just grateful for the info and help on this manner. Thank you Alex! 🥰

Been coming here for years to upgrade my phone(s). Always quick and great service. Always super friendly. Today was the first day I ever had to go because I was having a problem and I was worried I would get sent away/told to go somewhere else (Apple Store), but Nick was super helpful and took care of everything I needed. Alex was literally the best sales person in the world. She is so nice and so helpful. Not only was she assisting me but she made sure everyone was getting help. Kept a smile on her face the whole time, she really put 110% into her job with helping me and everyone. I will be coming back only to talk to her. She's that great! Honestly this company should give her a raise! She deserves it.

I just went there for the first time, looking for an otter box case for my iPhone. Everyone was very nice, attentive, informative, and quick. I was in and out of there in less than 15-20 minutes with no headache AND no pushy hassling. I got what I needed (an otter box) plus some (a Wireless charger and screen protector) for a great deal. Chris, the manager, even put the screen and the case on for me! It was a really great experience.

Ps. My family and I have been sprint customers for years but now we refused to get anything else from them unless we have to, because of the horrible experiences we’ve encounter with them. So I just told my dad about the wonderful experience I had here at AT&T and now he wants to switch. So we will be in contact ! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE is what keeps your clients! Went in to upgrade phones and Had a great experience. Corey helped us out. Corey is extremely knowledgeable and provided awesome customer experience. Tiara also helped us out and was very friendly and provided great customer service as well. Would highly recommend going through them to have a good at&t experience.

I stopped in to inquire about changing Phone carriers. I talked to Corey who was incredibly friendly and very helpful. He took time to discuss plans and what would fit my budget. I'll actually save by jumping to At&t. Overall I felt valued and it was a breath of fresh air. I'll definitely be back in a week once my contract is up to switch.
