Luggage Plus

We tried to purchase luggage at Macy's Home Store in Montgomery Mall. Modest selection and completely ignored by staff. Went to Luggage Plus for much better goods and personal service.

Staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, but not too pushy.

The gentleman here was so knowledgeable and helpful.

I used to work here, so I might be partial to my review. I think that they had a large selection of travel items and accessories at competitive prices

Recently purchased a Samsonite suitcase here with the promise that I was getting 30+% off for labor day. When I got home, I googled the suitcase to find on multiple retailers (including Samsonite) that I paid full retail price at best. When I called, I was ensured the pricing was comparable to Samsonite, but when I walked in the store, the salesman would refuse to engage in my discussion about what prices were listed on Samsonite's website. I am grateful the return was successful but saddened that this business swindles its customers. If you do shop here, look online before purchasing.
