Long story short here . I needed to retrieve a key from a defunct lockbox for one of my listings . Make no mistake those things are built not to be broken open . It took two guys 30 Mins to pry it open for me using bars and wrenches . And they did it all with a great attitude. This place and team are the absolute best .

Every time I come to Strosniders hardware there’s always an employee available to help me find exactly what I’m looking for. My most recent visit was today, and within a minute of walking into the store, and employed by the name of Jerome, asked me if there was anything he can do to help me… He helped me to locate the two items that I needed, and I was out the door within five minutes of walking in! Such a great experience compared to a place like home depot!!

Wow! I am just so pleased with my store experience today. A little cutie patootie named Max helped me out so much today! I came into the store today in search of soil for my gardening pots but I needed help as I did not know which I needed for my pots. I went up to a young man named max who seemed to be seemed to be busy but dropped everything and started helping. He was a huuuuuge help. He taught me all of the nooks and crannies of soil and showed me everything I needed to know and which to buy. Also at checkout he was being a great helper as I was having trouble with my coupons, these gizmos these days are killing me. But he did what he should and called his manager over who later helped me, it was a life saver. He was such a polite young man too and even carried my bags of soil out to my car. Oh boy do I wish I was young again and could carry my stuff! This boy is a rockstar as most kids his age are too lazy to even do a job. When I was a kid everyone had jobs! 5 stars!!!!

Friendly and helpful staff & customer service. The store is not as big as national hardware chain stores in the area, but chances are that you'll quickly find what you're looking for.

Excellent competent and amicable staff combined with large inventory make it worth a couple extra bucks and miles.

They are very helpful and well informed about the function of various items. Competitive pricing. The last time I was there I tried to return something that I had apparently purchased elsewhere. The cashier seemed genuinely sorry that he couldn’t oblige me. Do wish more things were labeled made in America.

Great local hardware store with excellent customer service! I have found Strosnider's dependable especially for the simple things that you can't get from the big box stores. But that's not to say they can't handle the bigger issues, too.

Before driving to the store, I called and spoke with a gentleman that was very courteous and knowledgeable, he understood what I was trying to describe and got me the information I was seeking. Upon going to the store the greeter at the door was equally as courteous, and pointed jack, I believe the gentleman's name was our to me. the time I was at the store was 4:11 pm in short I had a great experience.

The store staff are extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. They answer questions enthusiastically and make extra effort to make sure you get what you need. The store is not large but you can find what you want. The items that they carry are of high quality.

I've been trying to find a particular product in stock and none of the other stores had it - not Home Depot, Lowes, Walmart, Target, Sears.. Nobody had it ready for pickup the same day. I called and this store had the items in stock! A very nice gentleman that I spoke to on the phone reserved the items for my pickup. I arrived and the items were ready for my pickup and another very nice gentleman even loaded the boxes into my car. I'm not a person who goes to the hardware store a lot but no wonder this is my Dad's favorite store!!!!

They have exceptional service, remarkably good prices for a small town hardware, and things you didn't know you needed in addition to everything you need.

You can count on finding what you want at Strosnider's. And if they don't have it, they usually recommend another source that may have it. The staff know their stock and are very helpful. Going to the big box store like Home Depot can't begin to compare where most staff aren't familiar with the merchandise or how it is used. As my neighbors say, it is easier to pay a few cents more at Strosnider's and come away with what is needed and without a hassle. Life's too short.

Bigger than it looks on the outside and everyone is very helpful. They only have a small selection of stuff but a nice mom and pop shop to support.

Great service that you don't receive at large hardware stores. The workers are very knowledgeable and know where items are located.
