It’s a Giant. No complaints. It’s better than a Safeway.

I have been going to this store and pharmacy since it opened over 25yrs. ago. The pharmacy is the best out of all the other giants I have been to. I grew up locally and have been to several in the area. They’re extremely helpful and are looking out for my well-being. They’ve also helped me save money on my prescriptions. They’re kind, courteous, knowledgeable and professional.
The store manager, Donna, is just as kind, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. If there is anything I need, I can always reach her or find a competent staffer to help me. They’ve bent over backwards in some cases to special order something that they either no longer carry or find at another store.
From the florist to the produce to the deli to the meat/seafood to the people that are constantly stocking the shelves to the front office managers and to the gentlemen who help you get the groceries into your car, you can always see a smiling face and a helpful hand. I can’t say enough nice things about this store!! Thank you!!

This is where I do my routine grocery shopping... Clean store, friendly helpful staff, item placement is convenient and was easy for a newcomer like me to get used to.. 5 stars due to the fantastic options of gluten free foods as well as the ease of locating said items.

Alvaro L is an exceptional customer service representative. I have been coming to this store for over 20 years and I have known him for about 5 to 7 years. He always has a smile on his face and he is always ready to help. The manager Donna is not friendly at all. There’s a woman named Amy who works there in the mornings and she is just nasty. She has been rude to my son on many occasions. She doesn’t bother the people who “look” like they live in Potomac but the ones who don’t “look” like we live here get racially profiled.
Also Seumi is great. She’s always happy and she remembers her customers names. Thanks Alvaro and seumi!

Anyways Alvaro is the man! Thank you for making my trip to giant a good one!

This Giant, being in a very prestigious neighborhood, is extremely well-kept and contains a huge variety of brands. This is one of the largest Giants I've been too, so they often have choices my other store doesn't.

I feel this Giant is like my go to pantry. Stuff is very friendly and personable. Love it!

Good shopping experience. Unfortunately, they were out of the Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream I needed for a customer. Giant has the best self check out lines.

Shelves were completely stocked (and the associates were still stocking). Customer service was the best I've received in a Giant Foods...EVER!

Great energy here. It's an old store and the locals shop here. Men's room is way in the back.

I love Giant. Many,many years ago, I worked for the ad agency that did occasional instutional ads for them. I remember, one was about their delicious Cholla bread, which did not exist at Safeway. Keep in mind that larger stores, like the one in Potomac Village,
have things that smaller stores don't offer.
For example-you can get lox ( smoked salmon) in the Village, but not on Tuckerman Lane.And their bagels are better than the ones you get at the deli.( I'm from NY--I know a good bagel.) What's more, you don't need a pricey specialty store to get things like different kinds of cheese.

This place has a TON of variety. Personally, I think it’s better than Safeway across the street.

Large selection. Great staff, helpful. Convenient. Ample parking. Best scanning/self check capability.

I like this Giant the Atmosphere is calm, ppl don’t speed they the parking lot like the Giant on Rockville Pike

The store is hidden away from the road, but the store has what you need when it comes to groceries.

This giant location is maybe a bit small, but usually has everything I'm looking for and is cheaper than the Safeway across falls road.

Professional customer service, they have excellent food and great prices.
