The LEGO® Store Westfield Montgomery

4May2024 Been in this mall a few time and decided to leave a positive review. Great and busy place with so many new Lego’s to choose from.

Nice Easter Event! Kids got to assemble and take home a small little Lego bunny. The sales (extra gift sets) were pretty sweet as well. The staff were friendly and not aggressive. Perfect experience.

Best Lego store I've been to by far. Always have things in stock! And the staff is just the best! Always so helpful and nice.

I brought my son here for the first time. And he was in loveeee!! He got a cool farm lego set. The customer service was amazing. Ryan helped us out and was so nice to me and my son. I really appreciated that, before coming here I was at another store where I received horrible customer service. I was pretty upset but after the experience I had here and thanks to Ryan I left the mall happy and so did my son. Also the guy that was at the front was so sweet, he greeted us as we came in and made sure to say byeee before we left. We will definitely come back! Thanks again!!

If you are a lego fan and need the latest set for a gift or spoil yourself, this Store is a great place to go. The staff are super friendly and very helpful.

We’ve purchased a few sets that were unavailable through the online store, which was awesome.

The latest was the Harry Potter Diagon Alley! Even our rescue kitten is excited to get started…

Footnote: Prices are not for the faint of heart. Especially for the the larger sets that are +2,000 pieces, which are at a premium. But with this said, going direct to the store can guarantee the best price. There are a number of online sites offing similar unopened “kits” for more that it costs to order online (which usually includes free shipping) or in person pick up at a store.

The store is nice and the typical size of a lego store. The staff were incredibly friendly. This visit was during COVID and the staff made lots of extra steps due to this. The entry is set up with an entrance and exit and lots of floor markings. They have a display at the front with the items they have for pick a brick and you tell them what you want and they fill the cup for you. The two cups I had filled were fully filled including into the lid which I appreciated. The back of that display was similar for the build a minifigure. Interesting for build a minifigure it was the normal price for 3 figures, but instead of 3 figures you get 15 items from that selection (got a bunch of the Halloween pumpkin head covers and no legs, I have a lot of extra legs somehow).

Also impressive was someone had pre-felt all of the blind bag products (minifigure bags and mario bags) and would get you the ones you ask for. (I asked for the small goblin guy with the big sword from Harry Potter and they were able to pull out two of those for me).

Overall a great experience. Would like to see at least one display with a custom model made by a local.

Liam at the Montgomery Mall is an All-Star. My daughter and I lost a critical piece at the end of a build. Liam provided me with excellent service and saved the day. Very appreciative.

I had an incredible experience here, this Lego store can probably keep me occupied for hours only at viewing what they sell! I want to buy each and every single set as an adult with a credit card, I had to hold back though. It was so hard, believe me. The Lego store is beautiful, i had an amazing time and I do suggest you check it out! They have portraits, models of the sets, and a few other amazing things!!!

Really friendly staff with a great selection of inventory.

Got two broken sets in store and Saco, Areta and Nathan were super friendly and supportive! They helped me rebuilt the sets which gave me a headache for a longggg time. Appreciate it!!!!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Quite a wide selection of different types of Legos and even duplos. Lots of fun stuff for big kids of all ages! Staff is maintaining limits on capacity and everyone is wearing a mask. Felt very safe and comfortable. It was my first time at the store but I will certainly be a return customer. What a fun place to shop!

A great store with friendly staff that are fellow Lego enthusiast! Westfield Mall is by far a better option than Annapolis Mall and/or Arundel Mills Mall

when i've been to this particular LEGO store, i am always happy with my purchases. i come here usually once every two weeks, but not always. as a LEGO fan, it's great to see a reallllllllly good stock. sets that are out of stock on the official LEGO store are usually found here, such as the tuk tuk (set 40469). and, even with the COVID-19 restrictions, this store does a great job of keeping the store at it's max capacity. AND it's at a convenient spot for me. a definite recommendation, for new and old LEGO fans. every reason to love it.

For starters, we finally get a Lego Store this side of the Potomac! No more trips down to Tysons Corner spending 45 mins in Beltway traffic. As for the store itself, it is conveniently located in the lower level of Montgomery Mall. Organization and layout is as expected for a Lego Store, they did an especially good job with covid restrictions the past time I was there. Staff was stellar and suuuuuper helpful, they answered all my questions and gave me some good recommendations on some sets that had just come out. The store itself was well stocked, granted I did visit on opening week, but they had a bunch of rare sets that were sold out online or I hadn't been able to find in other Lego stores around the region.

Lucas one of the employee helped me to pick the best collection of Star Wars LEGO for 6 years old grandson Birthday. He’s so happy to help A+++ best customer service!!

Very good customer service. Answered all of my questions. Have a lot of different themes of Lego sets. Would definitely recommend for any type of age and experience builder.

Love this place. Staff are very friendly and helpful. With the selection, the staff and the points I find myself buying more legos for kids at this store than I would at any other big box store.

Worth the little drive to westfield for LEGO fans like me. Great selections, almost always in stock, and even their pick a brick was available to use. 5/5, this place deserves it :)
