The Market at River Falls

This market has excellent fish and prepared foods. Probably excellent meat too. Love their crab cakes. Recently bought sushi grade tuna which was on sale. Friendly staff. One of my fave places to shop. Be sure to get in their mailing list for the specials which are really good deals.

My grandparents and I are regulars here! They have the best food. We love the chicken tenders, crab cakes, and we typically do their holiday meals as well.

Delightful shop with a quality selection of wines, pastas, and boxed salads ready-to-go. Prepared deli items stretch the axis of the store, with a big selection of fresh meats and fish. Help is cheery and thoughtful; Jim quizzed me about baking a baguette before I left. (350 degrees for 8 minutes BTW). Ample but tight parking. The shopping center seems abuzz all the time.

This tiny haven of good, fresh seafood has been a go-to for me for a while. Prices are a little higher than other places, but the variety is fantastic - both for fresh and prepared foods. Customer service is excellent and they have taken appropriate precautions during the pandemic. Great choice!

The quality and customer service is consistent and top-notch. The crab cakes are a treat and the best I've ever had. Today I stopped in and was served by the owner. The fact that he was there on a Sunday personally serving his customers says a lot about Riverfalls.
The family owned and operated neighborhood market is alive and well in Potomac.

We had a great meal here after a movie matinee. It's tucked away in the corner of a strip mall. Great food & friendly service. The flat steak with Chimichurri sauce was excellent as was the Cuban Chicken. We took sandwiches back for the following day. I love me an authentic Cubano and this one did not disappoint. If we're ever down that way again, we'll not fail to visit again.

Top-quality meat and seafood selection as well as great premade/ready-to-eat offerings. Nice assortment of wine and beer, dry pasta, and well-curated cheese and charcuterie offerings. Friendly and knowledgeable staff to boot!

The best crab cakes in the area: sold in ready to bake trays, crab lumps, moist, and delicate crab flavor that is not overwhelmed by spices.

Amazing gourmet market and highly knowledgeable staff. You can't really go wrong with any of the meat/fish/prepared foods but don't miss the crabcakes (which also come gluten free), corn salad, lobster tails, and pre-marinated skirt steak.

Tiny space, great tastes! And so many wonderful choices. RFM serves up prepared food and high end groceries for your own feast. Wonderful.

As a lover of traditional delis, I have had good, bad and indifferent chopped liver... what Riverfalls Market has right now is transcendent... just can't stop noshing on toast with their fresh chopped liver spread. And they are not even a traditional deli!!!
