Macy's is having great brands. Also it's in one place where we got all branded clothes. All these is a backstage place where we get discount on the branded stores.

Also they have very nice office and college shoes with discounts.

Household utensils were also available , comforter, throws etc are also part of the store.

Macy’s is a great place to shop. They always have good selections, sales and discounts and I always enjoy shopping at Macy’s. I recently shopped at Macy’s in Montgomery mall and the experience was great. I was looking for a nice suit for my husband. The sales person Sue at the men’s department was extremely helpful, and she made our experience so much better. She goes above and beyond to help her customers. Because of her I brought my other two family members to get the suits as well. Thank you Sue for your great service!

I actually set out to get a specific women's cologne but ended up buying a substitute. I've noticed most of the colognes of today are more grassie or fruity and also sharper to the nostrils. I was looking for something mellower.
Many thanks to the patience,knowledge and professionalism of Sandy and Sherry in the Cosmetics section. After being there for over an hour, trying out scents of numerous colognes. I settled for Giorgio Armani's Si. I'm praying my friend likes it.

Had a great buying experience at Macy’s Westfield Mall in Bethesda, MD. Hawa, the sales clerk in the dress shirts department, was exceptionally helpful and professional. I ended up buying more shirts than I originally planned too.

Best Macy’s in the D.C, Maryland and Virginia. All the employees are very friendly and nice, even the security guards too. I was trying exchange my Calvin Klein Skinny Jeans. The lady was an amazing helper. She gave me different options to exchange the sizes and even check other stores around the areas for me. What a great day. The fitting room is clean and the display looks in fashion for right now. If you are looking for jeans this is the place to go. Warning: they don’t have skinny jeans in the store, so order online. If size don’t fit you can always exchange them. For other kinds of fits you are in luck, because this Macy’s have everything you need to update your style.

I shopped on 8 24 20 23 In the men's suits department At the Macys store on democracy boulevard .I was helped by a representative By the name of" Sue ' which gave me the Most amazing customer service I've ever had at Macy's. Sue went out of her way checking for 30 minutes to find my 97
year old father a pair of suit pants. She found them online And went out of her way to get them for me at the sale price they were originally at!! Truly hard-working representative Who deserves to be recognized for her hard work and making a sale . Amazing representative thank you very much Sue!!

We went here specifically to use a Macy's gift card and ended up in the new Toys R Us section. Prices and selection were fantastic. I'm really liking what they're doing at this store so I recommend checking it out. Rewards program is available but not great. It's $10 every thousand dollars. The prices have definitely improved.

It is located in Bethesda Maryland in side Montgomery mall there is huge parking space. So many department stores and food court.

The store was organized, with beautiful products and great selection and price. The staff was courteous, seeing some of them that I have know since Hecht's Gaithersburg. Not everyone knows but Macy's has a great furniture selection. We actually purchased a sofa to replace our 20 year old for half of the price that Laz Boy, and some local stores were charging. Keep an eye on the sales because when Macy's states the lowest price ever is guaranteed that it will.
