Such a positive experience! I went to Nordstrom to get a dress altered that I had actually purchased elsewhere as I knew the alterations team at Nordstrom is amazing…and I was more than pleased with Maria who handled my alterations with such attention to detail. Maria was a joy to work with! Katia who helped me with choosing shoes as well as my hubby’s shirt and tie is a rockstar! I had such joy with the entire team in the mens department and Enoch went the extra mile. The experience was so wonderful that we decided to have the store manager come join us! This Nordstrom has an exceptional team! Thank you for making the planning for our daughters wedding fun!

I’m a perfume addict, come here often to literally get my fill. They have these little plastic vials with spray tops and you can have samples of whatever you want in the store. My favorite weekly activity is coming here to get samples then going home to review them on fragrantica. Sales associates have always been nice and surprisingly knowledgeable about perfumes. Always very helpful

The customer service was good. The store looked a bit dated, like it had not been renovated in decades. I felt sad going in because the first time I entered a Nordstrom's nearly 20 years ago, I was awestruck with its beauty, but now, it felt like glory gone past.

Great department store, staff is always friendly and helpful. Store is neat ans asthetically pleasing. Great variety of merchandise.

This is for the Indochino store and specifically for TG who took measurements for my suit. Great and respectful service.

While I did not purchase anything, the staff were extremely helpful while I passed through. The men’s shoe department staff were nice and respectful. In addition I wanted to highlight “Alla”. I believe that was her name. She got me all my measurements and did a great job helping me out. She was very nice and it was great customer service. I will be back!

I had an awful realization while there: I'm too cheap to shop at Nordstrom and inflation sealed it. The clothes are soft, fashionable, elegant, and of excellent quality but are simply too expensive. Spending $270 on a shirt may be fine if you can afford it but it's a poor investment if you don't have lots of expendable income.

I came for the best selection of kids shoes (toddler slide on Van's, check + awesome service) and left with reduced price bath towels and a few Christmas gifts. Great selection and excellent service in women's. Clean fitting rooms and bathrooms. Not crowded, pleasant experience down to the music and parking.

The BEST Nordstrom in the entire DC area and it's not even close. Not even talking about the products, but the employees. They are fantastic, with the absolute greatest of the greatest being those who work in alterations. Unsung heroes of the department store. I cannot say enough positive things about their department - I don't know who is still working there, but ask for Sofia, should you need them, and hopefully she is still there. She is a wonderful woman who is very skilled and careful with her hemming.

I could go on for days and still wouldn't be able to say enough good things about this location, and like I said, about alterations specifically.

Highly recommend Bethesda location for staffing their ladies shoe department. Met Tamba T our salesperson who not only retrieved the full pair of shoes for two of us, but was focused, remaining with us the entire time; and pleasant to his co-workers (4!!) who were also five stars, on a Thursday mid afternoon shift.
Kudos to management for staffing your departments ahead of the busy holiday season with Black Friday a week away. I only shop where the service us exceptional. Returning for my second pair soon.

Nordstrom cafe never disappoints. I've been going to the cafe for 30 years and I've never had a single complaint. The cafe has been redesigned several times and the menu has changed, but the food, cashiers (when they had them) and wait staff have always been delicious, competent and professional, in that order. Prices have gone up over the years, but I've always felt like i got a good value too.

The place is very clean everything Is in walking distance

I had a wonderful experience with Irma . She has a excellent sales skill. Always with a sincere smile , good manners and very professional. If you are looking for a sales person I highly recommend her.

Excellent customer service in the men's wear department - Corey could not have been more professional and patient with our nephew getting his first button-down shirts and slacks. Corey took time to explain options and find what brands were the best fit, without pressuring or rushing anyone. He was incredibly helpful!

Visited Nordstrom to find formal shoes for kids. We tried Zara and Gap but there were either only sneakers or boots. Nordstrom has a lot of variety from famous brands to Nordstroms own brand. The prices vary but you can find plenty of shoes in different sizes on clearance racks as well. We purchased two pairs for 8 and 6 year old boys for them to wear along with their suits on the piano recital and spent about $110 on both. I know you can find all kinds of clothes and shoes here but I wanted to highlight specifically kids shoes, as it took me a while to find a place where they carried something other than sneakers and boots.

Doris from the lingerie department is the BEST. 10/10 service: impeccable fitting, knew exactly what I wanted, she sorted me out in under 10 minutes. Give her a raise!
