We stopped in to get a replacement headlight bulb. Robert was extremely kind and helpful to ensure we got the right part. He also installed it carefully and quickly. Thanks Robert, you saved us time and money because I'm sure we would have wrecked something trying to do it ourselves.

We will be back and really appreciate the selection of parts and service!

This past Saturday, I walked into this Autozone after a horrible evening and a worse morning at an auto repair shop down the street. Long story short, this said repair shop was trying to screw me over. I walk into Autozone to see if they would be able to provide me with the correct battery and installation. The two guys were quick to be SUPER helpful. They provided me with a solution, told me to get my car here ( it was being towed as we were speaking) and then would do everything they could to get my car back up and running. Once the car got there, they were waiting for me outside with the installation kit and walked me through everything until they were done. They were patient, kind, helpful, and gave me HONEST feedback and advice. I appreciate that they didn’t see me as a woman and take advantage of me. They treated me like a human and got me on my way that Saturday morning! You guys rock!

Wanted to give a shout out to Robert at the Clayton Auto Zone. This past Sunday, Robert installed a new battery for me and his professionalism, competency, perseverance and courtesy really stood out. My battery cables were terribly corroded and he spent roughly an hour meticulously brushing and cleaning them like they belonged to one of his family members. To see this level of care given to doing a job to the best of one's ability is rare. We need more Robert's in the world. Thanks !!!

Esteban and Robert were so knowledgable and patient. My oil light came on as well as my engine light. They were able to diagnose my situation and add a quart of oil. I was nervous as I did not know anything about how to do this.
They came out and brave the rain and wind. Thank you!

Unfortunately I had to get a new battery. The downside is the one I wanted was not in stock even though the computer said it was, a difference of like $20 more and I wish they would have had that one. I took my car in so they can replace the battery for me. The gentleman Victor did a great job and the manager Robert was very knowledgeable and when Victor had a challenge with my battery terminal because I have an electric wheelchair attached to the car Robert was able to help.

Lots of help from the counter. Got exactly what I needed including a tool to rent that I didn't have to do my breaks. Prices are fair.

Jason and Joe got me set up with a new battery in my wife's car in no time. Great service.

Jesse went above and beyond ensuring that I received the part I needed when other stores said it couldn’t be found. He went out of his way to ensure that the customer left happy! This by far is the best customer service I have ever received. Great Job Jesse and keep up the great work!

AutoZone is never my first choice when I need a car part. Most of the staff are friendly, they just don’t know much about the automobile industry. I will however find the best pricing on something very specific like Mobile 1 fully synthetic bearing grease. Other random things like an STP cartridge style oil filter kit for my V8 powered BMW 550i for $4.99. So, I price shop them on their website often. Sometimes I get lucky.

Jaron literally saved my life tonight! He got my brakes working on a Ford Edge!!! I almost had zero brakes when I pulled in because of an electronic malfunction. I didn’t have to get a rental or spend endless money on a new master cylinder. Thanks my friend! You really saved the day.

I took my little brother to have his battery changed and Mr. Donovan B assisted my brother with changing his battery. Donovan was very professional and knowledgeable. When he felt something wasn't right with the battery at first he asked his manager to have a look at the installation to make sure he did not install it wrong. The manager was very polite and ensured Donovan provided us with safe installation. Donovan provided 100% customer service. Thank you again Donovan God bless you young man.

Found what what I was looking for fast and easy! Friendly and fast service!

I walked into this store today to ask about getting bulbs replaced in my car for my headlight and my license plate lights. I had my daughter in the car and I asked for assistance and a very polite and extremely helpful man named Jeremy came out to help me. Not only did he help me find the correct bulbs that I needed but he went above and beyond to not only take them out, but teach me how to put them back in and replace them myself. Had I gone to a mechanic this would have been an easy $100 fix and taken much more time. I am so thankful for such great customer service and for such a polite and educational experience all at the same time! The world needs more customer service like this. Thank you so much for the help!
