The team there was polite efficient and they put together a nice set of Ping 425s for me and even swapped shafts around to get this set up that I wanted and the price was incredible and way better than any other golf shop in town
Going back for wedges today too 🙌

One star only because I had to pick one. Went in yesterday for new grips. Was told to come back this morning...not done. Wife went to pick them up at end of day...still not done.. plus they charged $4. per grip, even when I bought the grips there, from them!!!????

Happy to inform that these guys made things right. I Was issued a refund for the overcharging of installing new grips and apolized to for the slow service. It is nice to know that they read their reviews and have pride enough to fix things.

The place was under construction and they still took time to fix my buddies clubs and regrip the hole set great place 👍

Outstanding service from Steve and the entire staff. Came in on a Saturday afternoon. My wife and I both were fitted for clubs and walk out with great sets. Very knowledgeable and friendly

Just purchased my new Calloway driver and 3 wood and so excited to get to the course! I worked with Steve (old guy with the mustache lol) and felt like I got a golf lesson too. He took time to listen to my questions and to hit each different club. Such a fun experience and feel confident in my purchase. Love going to Golf Mart!

Phenomenal experience perfect every time. Came in because I lost my travel cover that I bought with my bag last year. Without hesitation, the employee found a cover from another bag and gave it to me for free. They also do free fittings. Awesome place.

I came in wanting to get fitted for new irons. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt compelled with the amazing service I received. Dan got me going and was incredible in his helpfulness. We tried a bunch of irons and ended up getting down to the ones I bought. I never felt pressured or rushed and was treated honestly. I will definitely continue to shop here and can not recommend it any higher!

OUTSTANDING SERVICE! I went in to do some testing and fitting for a driver and worked with Steve Bell. He was great! He swapped my shaft for one that the shop had at NO COST! I purchased a few things and found the prices to be very good.

Went in for an iron fitting in January and was greeted immediately. The gentleman who greeted me set me up with Jake E. and we were off! I gave him a run down of where I was at in my game and what results I was looking for, and a price range and had me hit many different shafts and brands. Didn't try to push anything specific or too advanced, just what I hit the best and ended up ordering a set of Mizuno's. Overall excellent experience.

Pat the sales rep guy was awesome. Talk about great customer service. In fact the whole team was helpful. Helped me find the clubs I need without any pressure and even helped me with a putter repair. This is the place to go for all things golf.

Went in on Saturday while it was snowing wasn't expecting it to be as busy as it was still had multiple employees come up to me and ask if I needed assistance, was in the market for clubs. They let me pull different styles and brands and let me test them on the spot. Quickly narrowed down from what I wanted to what felt right. Great place, I will return!

Wow miss golf head quarters spent thousands over the years. This is my last time going to golf mart 6 employees standing around no one said anything to me the last 2 times in. If your lucky enough to hit balls to get to buy a club they don't even help you they just want to sell you a club and not fit you no custom shafts . This place honestly sucks don't wast your money drive t Roseville they have actual club fitters. Ps you bother them if you need clubs re grped or fixed . Hay golf mart git you SH#@ to gether

This store has an extensive selection from many brands, and you can test out any of the clubs you are thinking of purchasing on their simulator for free. I understand some other reviewers have had poor experiences, however I believe if you simply inform one of the staff what you are looking for, they are happy to help anytime. I have shopped here for drivers, Hybrids, wedges, a bag and now irons. Evan has been the employee helping me out on all the purchases and he has been great. Very patient and has answered all my questions the best he can. I have tested at least a dozen different sets of irons on 5 different visits. No pressure to purchase from the staff and they welcome me to continue testing as long as I need before purchasing. I strongly recommend visiting this store and telling them your goals.

After trying several spots to order a fitted set of golf clubs we ended up here. We were disappointed by the other stores lack of customer service. We were hesitant to come here. We were greeted right away. Jake came up to us and offered to help. It was an added plus that my husband knows Jake.

We informed Jake that we were here to purchase custom golf clubs. He suggested that my husband try several clubs before choosing one. After hitting several clubs that Jake had modified to fit my husband. My husband chose to get Callaway clubs. We purchased new longer shafts and bigger grips for the clubs. We placed our order and were informed it would be in within 7 business days.

Jake's customer service was outstanding. He was happy to help my husband get a new set of custom golf clubs as he had waited 20 years to get new ones. I truly hope that Jake gets the KUDOS he so richly deserves. My husband loves his new clubs and can't wait to go golfing again and again!!

This golf shop is very impressive. The prices are reasonable and the staff is very nice and knowledgeable. I bought shoes and a grip for my driver and Jake was super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this store for all your golfing needs.

Awesome customer service. We were in a bind since the insert of my son's putter came off and he had a tournament the next day. Golf HQ got on the phone with the manufacturer and they got us a new one that day since we didn't have time to have it repaired. Entire staff is always very helpful.

Great inventory. Helpful staff. I went in with what I had in mind to purchase. They had me try different brands and shafts totally different than what I thought. They offered to let me take a club for actual on the course use.

Walked in without calling ahead in hope of getting fitted for a particular Ping model. Was immediately greeted by Dan A, who answered all my questions while clarifying what club and result I was shooting for. He immediately got me on the simulator. We began with the club I thought would be best so I could see swingspeed, ball flight, and carry. Dan suggested a few other clubs to try and let the simulator results speak for themselves. Never any pressure or rush and the final decisions were mine. Couldn't be any more satisfied with the experience.

This is the best place to shop in Reno.

The service is outstanding, always a pleasure to stop in. The staff is knowledgeable and always courteous. Can't wait to hit the new driver and fairway wood I purchased.
