Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

Stopped by the Sherwin Williams store today Quin was very helpful and very professional. I will most definatly be a regular to 3641 W Ina Rd Sherwin Willims store. Bought a color snap tool today I have seen one used before and also hear it is a fantastic tool to match any, I mean any paint color in seconds. I will post a review of the color snap tool later after I get a chance to use a couple times. But the store and Quin were great.

Awesome attitudes to help their customers. As well as great timing and pricing on over the phone orders. Equipment is always stocked and works awesome on the job sites. Al and Vernon always serve with a smile and give awesome service.

Visited many Sherwin-Williams stores in Tucson and they all give great service but yesterday was a first. Brianne was at the counter and a customer was upset about something she could not solve because it started at another store. She started to help me but you could tell she was upset. She didn't let it show too much and checked me out. While delivering the paint to my truck she apologized to me, let me repeat that, she apologized to me that I had to see that customer upset. That was a first. Great job, amazing customer service! Keep it up.

I have purchased paint there 3 times. Staff was helpful and friendly. They looked up an old order to make sure I got exactly the same paint as my first order. I am not a big user of paint, but would gladly purchase from them again.

THE knowledgeable, helpful and attentive to my aesthetic and economic goals. Sought out means to save me money while also explaining differences in products with respect to durability, ease of application and clean up. I am extremely satisfied with my purchases.

I only came to mix paint I purchased at this location a couple years ago. The clerk offered amazing customer service, especially considering there wasn't even a charge for mixing the paints, which I would have paid for. This gentleman has clearly had sufficient experience was able to impart his personal and professional knowledge. I'll definitely go back to this Sherwin-Williams based solely on this experience.

I have been to store on INA a few times and on each the staff & manager have been helpful and very accommodating. I will not say who is better priced compared to the Big Box sell everything stores, but Sherwin Williams product is good so the overall scales tip in Sherwin's favor.

The manager and staff at this place are unreal they go out of their way for everyone that walks through the door. They did it for me while trying to help me find the right and precise paint used on my new home as well as the two customers that came in behind me. They picked up the phone and called other stores to verify paints that were being used by the local commercial builders and then went out of their way to help with every question I had. I can't say enough about the staff and obviously Sherwin-Williams paints are top of the line. I highly recommend them across the board for all your paint needs.

Associate was very helpful in helping me color match the paint I needed. Making available the catalog of swatches made a great difference, along with educating me on the differences between sheens. That alone made my experiance less overwhelming and encourages me to take on more paint projects in the future.

Even though the sales associate was by herself and had lots of customers, she kept her cool, was very respectful with everyone, still greeted them as they came in and acknowledge them telling them she would be right with them.

Went for a job interview, The mgr Vern is awesome I seen him deal with a few customers before he helped me and he's very friendly knowledgeable and will definitely help you get the products you need to complete your project.

In my opinion the best paint store in Tucson. I work for a bunch of property managers and I have gotten my fair share of paint matches. No one does a better job at matching a paint chip.

The paint is great quality and easy to apply. The extra supplies are good quality. There are regular good sales. The salespeople are very helpful and considerate.
