Great customer Service. Highly recommend.

We came in around 6:15 pm on February 16th to port a number onto my plan. Serena was extremely helpful in every way possible. She showed us the new phones, their features, and even knew the specs of the old phone that was being ported, to compare with the choices of new phone options in the store. That's impressive! After selecting a phone and porting the number there was a goofy billing glitch in the system that was no fault of this store. Serena contacted the higher ups in the billing department, and after a few minutes they got my monthly payment exactly where it should be. Mind you, this ran slightly beyond their store hours by about 5 minutes. BUT, unlike probably many businesses, we weren't rushed out, we got everything perfectly done before leaving. Totally impressive customer service.

I'm 81 years old with a leg injury, as soon as I pulled into the lot Mario came to the door and escorted me to the work station. He then paid $11 of his own money to remedy my sim card situation. Finally he walked me to my car hand and hand to make sure I was safe. Mario thank you for your above and beyond customer service and I will spread the word that Cricket takes care of their people!

I bought a new samsung galaxy on october 3. I took it back on october 10 to exchange it for another phone. They said from the third to the tenth is eight days and their return policy is seven days. I'm not sure what kind of new math they're practicing at cricket but in all the math classes I've taken 3 + 7 = 10. So rather than exchange the phone
this store owner would rather lose a ling time paying customer. I wanted a more expensive phone. So they lost the price of an upgrade and my monthly service payment. That is amazingly terrible math, bad business, and rotten customer service!
