Hate that im limited to only 5 stars. Been coming here for years. Mike, Shane, Drake, George--hell...even the staff at the other 2 stores...they'll go out of their way to please they customers. These dudes is like family. Mike always surprises me with his professionalism and execution. Love this place. I don't even feel right going nowhere else. And that's facts!!!

Excellent customer service and top notch selection. I’ve been a costumer ever since I moved into the neighborhood about 2 years ago. Drake and Sage are always professional and helpful. The selection of vapes, tobacco products and more are great, but the costumer service is the reason this place gets such a great reputation. Recently came in to buy a Hookah for the first time, and Drake walked me through the process and showed me exactly what I needed. I’ve spent thousands of dollars here, and I haven’t regretted a single penny. Sage and Drake are great salesmen, yet I trust that they would never sell me a product that wasn’t of the highest standard. Check this place out if you haven’t.

Good selection, nice quality glass, great vape and vape juice selections! The glass is a little pricey, but it is high quality glass, so I understand the higher prices. Anyways, great selections, all the employees are welcoming, friendly, and polite and there are some really nice pieces, so it’s worth coming in to check it out for yourself!!

This is THE BEST tobacco shop in LA! The owner is an awesome, super friendly guy that truly cares about his customers! Used to live across the street and now, even though I moved, I still make the trek to this store (even in traffic!)! They have everything you need for all of your smoking preferences, and always have a great selection of Starbuzz Hookah flavors! He's the only shop I've seen selling the new Starbuzz E-Hose and I will be picking mine up in the next few days!! He even went out of his way to make sure he could get the color that I wanted!
