Excellent employees who take the time to help and assure your order is complete! Very timely on turn around and communication is top notch. Best UPS store in the area :)

This place is fast and the staff is very helpful. I appreciate them being open on Sunday in the afternoon too. They offer many services. Don’t walk in there with post office stuff or FedEx stuff. They won’t touch it.

Had the pleasure of spending almost one hpur speaking with Keith, the Owner of this UPS Store tonight. I arrived as the clock struck 6:30 pm (Closing Time) to pick up some print media for our Bakery, as someone outsourced our Order and I had no idea what to expect re: the finished product. Mr. Sides was laid back, personable and our product looks fantastic. He not only won my business moving forward but I will be using Keith and this (specific) UPS Store (although it is a good 20-25 minutes outside of the way) in the future for custom orders relative to our Brand. A+

They are a great local business-copied my blueprints with skill and courtesy. When first set was too light they repeated until I was satisfied. Work was done quickly and efficiently while I waited. Cost was reasonable also.

The UPS Store off Caldwell Mill is my go-to! They handle my printing /shipping & they always deliver high-quality, great looking print material. The owner, Keith, loves to help small businesses & is very knowledgeable & helpful. Also have to give a shout-out to Zared! She always goes above and beyond to deliver amazing customer service!

I had a commissioned painting I needed shipped to my sister in NC. The crew at Caldwell Mill UPS Store took great care in packaging the painting and it arrived in tact and exactly on time. The little extra it may cost to ship ANYTHING via UPS vs. the US Postal system is totally worth it. Highly recommend this store!!

These people do a GREAT JOB. The owner, Keith, and his team are very professional, and I was pleasantly surprised at the many different services that they offer. This store also has a printing department, which has done a great job printing all of our materials. The quality of the graphic design is also very strong.

This is the place to go for your printing needs!!! Colby and Donna did an amazing job for me in a pinch. The price was right and the service was outstanding. We even had one small issue and without a second thought they took care of everything in record time. If you have printing needs and you want reliable, cost efficient, professional and friendly service this is where you need to go. I will certainly have them do much more of my printing now.

I received a package ordered from Amazon that was open and only 1 item in it when I had ordered 2. It was Closys mouthwash. The UPS store was not responsible for this. They’re store is only for drop offs. They are very kind and helpful.

They can take care of your needs, and are great when it comes to answering all your questions. They really do a fantastic job. Could not recommend anyone in their line of work more highly!

Keith grew a beard. I thought he was in the witness protection program when I ran into him. But he looks sharp and distinguished with the new look.

He has a great local print and ship shop that always did a good job for us and their people behind the counter have great attitudes and are really helpful and nice.

Good turn around and design quality always looks good. Keith runs a tight ship even with a beard.

As a local business owner, I highly recommend UPS Store 2389 for their advertising and printing services. Their knowledgeable staff is friendly and very helpful. The graphic designers are great to work with and the turnaround time is super quick. I used to order my printed products online, but now I exclusively use the UPS Store 2389.

Colby Green at the UPS STORE on Caldwell Mill RD truly is awesome! He makes everything so easy. The quality and price is definitely better than anywhere I've checked. I've used them for business cards, post card mailers, stationary, stickers and etc. Give them a shot, you won't regret it!

Colby and the guys at UPS are awesome! They have made name tags, yard signs, business cards (in an hours notice.... ). Truly amazing. I highly recommend them to anyone. Also ask about their flyer mail outs! Good stuff.

Victoria was very helpful and patient with my products that had to be shipped. It's not everyday a racing wheelchair with two sets of wheels are shipped but she handled it like a pro and beyond pleasant to talk to. She listened to what I explained to her about how to package the carbon fiber wheels so that they wouldn't get damaged from the axel's touching one another. I was dreading the process but came out of it with a smile on my face.
