I had a great experience at this location this morning. I have been there many times but hadn't gotten a prescription filled there before. My new insurance doesn't cover my medication and my usual pharmacy was really expensive so I called around and Walgreens was the cheapest by @ $45. My medication is not usually in stock at the pharmacies near me but to my surprise this location had it. I took it up there and within 15 minutes it was filled. The staff was super kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely be getting my prescription from there going forward!

I was visiting from out of town, so I needed my prescription transferred here from my Walgreens back home, and the pharmacy staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Because they did not have my medicine in stock, they called around to other local Walgreens stores. No one seemed to have it so they were kind enough to go to their direct competitor and get it filled for me. Great service! So many reasons why I always stick with Walgreens for my pharmacy needs.

Crystal k is the only person in the pharmacy that has ever acknowledged me. So thankful for people like her.

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY! I have had nothing but issues with pharmacy. The staff is rude, their knowledge level is poor, and their communication falls well below expectations. The final straw for me after a year, was being told my normal prescription was going to be $1000 for a one month fill only to find the same medication at the Publix pharmacy for $15. The staff never takes accountability for their mistakes and constantly gives excuses like it is the systems fault or the app is not working. If you care about your health and mental well being, DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY.

Extremely unprofessional pharmacy staff. Told me they couldn’t fill a prescription because they didn’t like one of the doctors who works in the office? He wasn’t even the one to write the prescription. And they only told me this after making me wait 30 minutes. If you can’t fill something because you have an issue with a doctor just say that upfront and don’t waste my time. Wild.

Rude pharmacy staff with “can’t be bothered “ attitudes. Will be switching pharmacies. It was one thing when they were understaffed during the pandemic but there’s no excuse now. Hate your job? Yeah, I’ve been there. Know what to do about it? Quit and find another one. It’s not that hard. These are dumb kids, no eye contact, no ability to communicate effectively with a customer.

Terrible experience! I have NEVER left a store quite as angry as I did last night. When I didn’t see anyone behind a counter, I tried to catch the attention of an employee so I could check out. Once the employee and I made eye contact, I smiled and waited on him to get to the counter. As he approached, he pointed towards the door. Did not say anything, just pointed. I asked him twice what he was pointing at and he never said a word. I did have a sweet girl end up checking me out. As I was paying, I could hear the male employee who now could speak, actually talking about me and saying he couldn’t believe I was even looking for someone to help me! Unbelievable

Every associate in this store is extremely rude! The pharmacy employees are the worst of all! I asked them not to fill 2 of the medications on a written prescription and they filled them anyway. So when I came to pick them up the next day, the skinny guy with glasses behind the counter was super rude when I told him I didn't need those 2. He ripped the bag open, took those out and slammed them on the counter, then stapled the bag again and slammed it on the counter in front of him and shoved it towards me instead of handing it to me when I had my hand held out. Never made eye contact, never smiled, and had an awful attitude. The young girl next to him was extremely rude to her customers too. For the past year, I've continued to receive the worst customer service of any business I've ever entered hoping it would get better. It's consistently terrible. I've been filling prescriptions there for several years, but I've had it. I'm switching pharmacies.

On Aug 10 I left a prescription at drive thru. The young lady obviously hated her job as demonstrated by facial expressions and demeanor. She said Rx would be ready in 1.5 hr. I returned on Aug 10 and a different young lady informed me she had no product for me or record of Rx, "had I dropped it at a different location?" She asked me to move my car out of drive thru so she could tend to others.
It is now 15 hrs later and I've had no contact from Walgreen.
I've gone by my dentist office and have new prescription. I'll be using a different Pharmacy. After 20 years and several hundreds of dollars-- Bye Bye Walgreen

As bad as one would expect from a Walgreens. It's like they ave an aversion to filling prescriptions.

I updated my insurance to a new plan and asked the pharmacist to update my insurance, The young miss told me there was no change. I insisted there was a change, because I knew I had updated.
She replied, Sir, I do this everyday.
I stated I was sure she did, but my plan had updated, while my account number may not had.
Next, she said, Well, if it will make you happy, I can delete and re-enter.
I said, Yes. That would make me happy.
Note: the store was not slammed busy. I was only customer.
Rude is the only word that comes to mind.
After paying, she handed me my meds, but didn't bother to smile or say thanks or sorry for misunderstanding.
I'm not a grouchy person, but is service without an attitude too much to ask for?
