Greeted by a kind competent front register employee. Asked me if I needed help. Told her I was essentially hopeless. She smiled and Directed me to the aisle that held my oddball flexible pressure line. Stated: "head on over to aisle 18 I will send someone over" sure enough. Help arrived. Odd ball part secured. On my way in 5 minutes or less. Old school service and competence. Locally owned. Everything which justifies my choice to support this local Ace.

I was in desperate need for a carpet cleaner to rent. Ace had three in stock and I rented by the day. It worked great and the employees were very nice and always helpful! I really appreciate the employees and this location!

Called ahead to see if they had what we needed and spoke to Reno, he was helpful on the phone and in person when we arrived.
We arrived ten minutes before closing and he had us taken care of very effectively.
We don't live in Tallahassee, but if we return and need anything we will shop here again

Went in search of a nut. I found one pretty quickly. Dude was certifiable! Seriously, great help for such a small purchase. That's what makes this store so special. Whether it's $180 or $0.18, you'll get the best service.

Fantastic customer service! I really wish I’d gotten the guys name but I’m pretty sure it was Jay or something similar. Went in needing some screws and obscure washers. After my unsuccessful attempt at finding them, Jay found them extremely quickly. Exactly what I needed. Thanks!

Excellent, friendly and helpful service. Jay and all of the associates are wonderful. I was here visiting my daughter at FSU. The staff efficiently made some duplicate keys for my daughter and programmed them for her car. This type of customer service is why I will always prefer ACE Hardware over the big stores. We are so happy we stopped here! We had questions about a hot water heater element and a faucet fix. Matt had us helped and back to the register in 5 minutes. He told us what he would do, what we needed to accomplish the job, and how to go about it.

Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and willing to help! It was a very nice shopping experience and I would definitely recommend it! 😊

Employees are welcoming and helpful, even taking you right to the place with the item you're looking for. Store is always clean; everyone wearing masks and they have tape on the floor for social distancing at the register. Great shopping experience. 😀

Best hardware store in my opinion. The employees are always helpful and work with a sense of happiness, which really makes all who walk in that door feel welcomed. The store is well stocked and if it is not there, they will help get it to you.
