I was successful in messing up my old phone. Natalie came to my rescue, got it up and functioning until I came back in a couple days later and she assisted me on purchasing a new one and the set up of it. To the management folks, you have a fine personable and knowledgeable employee in Natalie. Other Metro stores that I have frequented, lacked that same customer service that she provided. I think she should get a raise!

IF YOU WANT A GOOD DEAL, COME TO THIS STORE. I went to this store yesterday and there was a line and the two girls working there were doing their work pretty fast!! I was impressed. great service. I recommend this location 100%

the girls (sandra & natali) were really helpful, really good customer services and they gave me great deals too. im very pleased with my new phone and my monthly payments. the store was really cleaned and organized

Diego was incredibly helpful, super polite, and just plain awesome. He really, really helped us out after some weird activity on our end and we are so very appreciative. I can't thank him enough.
