Dollar General

The guy at this springs Rd. Location he is the manager. This guy has always treated my family with respect. Every time I go in here he is always short staffed so a lot of times we see him working the cash register and stocking shelves, unloading boxes. What’s crazy is I go here every day I have never seen him NOT have a smile on his face! He’s always very helpful even when my wife is one of them crazy coupon lady’s he has so much patience lol ! Despite seeing him do so many jobs at once he always greets his customers and always super nice! I’ve went to other dollar generals where they see customers at register and there too busy talking and just completely forget about customers and don’t care! This is the type of person at the springs rd location that u need in corporate to show at other dollar general locations on how to treat customers and how to multi task! Despite this guy never has a bad attitude! ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

Today was the first time that I ever in a long time seeing the compassion of the human race still living about 6:50 this evening I was shopping and Dollar General I'm Springs Road when I got to talk to my girls I haven't heard from in a month trying not to lose it what is the counter this sweet cashier name Lexi behind the counter took one look at me and her first words were sweetie is everything okay and I told her yes and then I just got to talk to my girls still trying not to lose it this sweet young lady offers a hug shows you humanity is not dead..

Much nicer and much cleaner and more put together than many other ones and I do believe it's because they have a wonderful lady in there that I am so sorry I cannot remember her name now I wish I could so that I could give her the do credit that she needs she goes from store to store and she gets them in shape and she is needed at almost every Dollar general. I do hope that she somehow will see this I know that she was at the Dollar general on Springs Road and she's been putting that one together and getting it cleaned up and she needs to be at a bunch of them but she can't be spread that far I'm sure I just wish the rest of them had the skill set that she had.

This location is in a convenient area close to other shopping and eating businesses. Its always clean, has friendly staff and is always well stocked with your favorite items at reasonable prices

The cashier was very friendly and attentive. Even though he was in an isle stocking shelves I waited less than a minute for him to come to the register.

Staff people are cheerful even when they are overwhelmed with customers that obviously aren't having good day.. which I see as professional by choosing not to react to disgruntled people.

Good deals. Best management that always is friendly and takes extra measures to be helpful in everyway.

Couldn't do without this store especially are one on LR BLVD HICKORY NC THOSE GIRLS ARE WONDERFUL THEY RESPECT THE CUSTOMERS AND ALWAYS HELPFUL .

I like finding everything I need in stock at prices that are competitive with Walmart, and not having to wait in lines. Easy to get in and out.

My favorite DG. Best selection of refrigerated/frozen foods of any DG I've shopped. Employees are always friendly and helpful
