Hana Asian Market

Hana always has the best selection. And some things you will only find there. The premade deli condiments and Kimbop are amazing. The staff is super nice as well. Don’t be afraid to wander inside, they are very helpful and update their selection all the time!

I love this oriental market. It's a great place to find Korean ingredients, spices, snack, foods, beverage, and other things. The owner and staff are friendly, nice and helpful. They have great customer service.

Great customer service! You can shopping and listen to nice music. You can find authentic food here such as kimchi, cold wheat noodles or banana milk.

I love that this market is here. The staff are always incredibly helpful. Prices are decent and they have a great selection of foods that you can’t find elsewhere locally.

Our go to place for some of our Japanese and Korean groceries :). They have also recently started selling the kimbap again, which is pretty good! They also sell our favorite Japanese rice that we normally get, as well as takoyaki flour (so I don't need to drive so far for it).

I recently visited Hana Market, and despite its small size, I was pleasantly surprised by the wide range of excellent selections available. The prices were reasonable, making it a great alternative to larger Asian grocery stores in the area. The standout feature was the friendly staff, especially a good-looking Asian guy who was knowledgeable and helpful. Super friendly environment, great variety, good prices, convenient location. I love how the cashier made sure to greet me as soon as I entered. He was so nice! It makes all the difference when you can feel like the employees care about their customers.

I have never left a review for a grocery on Google before. This place deserves public praise. The owners were both friendly and knowledgeable, and helped me to find all of the ingredients that we wanted to make several specialized dishes. The store is small, well organized, and clean. They had everything that we needed.

An amazing Korean & Japanese grocery store. You can find many if not all of your essentials at this grocery store. I don’t ever feel the need to have to drive further into Minneapolis or St Paul, because it’s a one stop shop here for me! You can find many trending Asian foods here from TikTok videos. Everyone that works here is so incredibly nice and helpful.

The best Korean store! I can always find what I need in this super clean little store. Great freezer section and tons of fun snacks. If you need Korean ingredients, this is the place to go. Owners are friendly too. Convenient location, parking lot...what else do you need?

I go there mostly for the instant Maxim coffee that I can get in a 100 pkt box. Staff were very helpful and friendly. There seemed to be a good selection of food products and some kitchen utensils and dishes. I go there whenever I have a trip to the cities. They had expanded the store the last time I was there that now includes a large frozen food section and more fresh produce. I do like some of the cookies, candy, hot peas, and chips. Very nice friendly people.

Ownership has changed and so have their products, in a good way!

Lots of new and current products are on the shelves. They're adding new side dishes and some produce I haven't seen before.

Very happy and excited for the changes to come!

CHECK EXPIRATION DATE ON ALL GOODS.
I have realized that many markets do not check and take items off the shelves or sell them at a discounted rate (Seoul Foods is the same) and if you don't check then...extra work to swap it out or ask for a refund.

It is a smaller market compared to those located north but I cannot pass the friendliness of the owners up for anything. This was the first market we came to when we first drove into MN. The owners are great and so warm at the counter. She makes the Kimbap which is a reminder of home. They definitely try to keep their inventory stocked with common items that reach Korean kitchen needs and more. I've definitely seen them carry Japanese and Chinese products at their store. Their location in Bloomington helps make it an easy choice for those near Minneapolis.

Went looking for ssamjang sauce (making Momofuku’s Bo Ssam) and left a bagful of other Korean foods that are hard to find too. Woman was very helpful and friendly! Definitely going back, might have to start making more Korean foods!
