Runner's Alley

Until this store I always had issues with shoes fitting me. A few years ago they recommended a waterproof shoe for my trip to Ireland - fantastic. Next a light weight shoe - never a blister. This week, because Runner's Alley was not that convenient, I purchased a pair of Brooks shoes from another store. I wore them in the house for hours - then went walking - but the time I was at the end of my long driveway a blister was forming. So I went back to Runner's Alley - where they explained why they always sell me zero rise shoe with a open toe box. I know they are going to be great. They are the best.

Tricia was so friendly and helpful. She made the chore of finding running shoes for my husband enjoyable and pleasant. She was very knowledgeable and accommodating to his preferences. Definitely would return!

Came in with a recommendation from the doctor's due to "runner's knee." The sales rep I worked with was very helpful and informative, but also gave me a stellar set of shoes to wear. Had them on for two weeks now and love them.

My husband and I both got fitted for sneakers. Logan was very friendly and helpful. We learned a lot about proper fitting shoes. I would definitely recommend them especially if you are a new runner and want to make sure you are running in the correct shoe for you.

Had to get both my kids fitted for shoes for track. The staff here is amazing. They took time to talk to my kids like adults and get them fitted properly even on a very busy spring Saturday. Would definitely recommend and will be back.

Great store with friendly and extremely helpful people. They analyzed my gait, scanned my feet and showed me the the pressure map, looked at my old shoes to see how I was moving, and got me into a pair of Brooks that feel much more stable and appropriate for my feet. I was really impressed and will never go back to another store for athletic shoes!

I never ventured into Runner's Alley because I'm not a runner and felt like outlet Nikes were fine, but I needed new sneaks for lots and lots of walking and figured it was time to level up. Everyone was great and welcoming, I didn't feel out of place at all and Logan patiently and with a ton of knowledge helped me find great fitting and cute shoes. Note to his parents: great job. I can't wait for my first walk in the new gear!

Absolutely amazing! I went in to get my first pair of running shoes and Heather was wonderfully helpful! I left with an understanding of what kind of shoes were best for my feet and a pair of shoes that I absolutely love. This is a first rate running store and one of the best I have been to. Knowledgeable staff, high end technology to determine what your feet require, and an extensive selection of high end brands in both running shoes and clothing. If you're a serious runner or just starting out, this is a great place to visit.

Great selection of shoes and friendly staff who took the time to fit me for some new great running shoes after stride analysis. Plus they have a healthcare worker discount which made it cheaper than ordering from any other retailer.

Great online updates of what to expect in the store now that they've reopened. The experience matched their detailed explanation of requirements online. In the store, the signs were clear, things were marked and explained, and the employees were quick to respond to your entrance and very helpful. The guy I worked with had me take my sneakers and socks off and walk, then jog, the length of the store so he could watch my movement. Then he measured my foot and came back with options that were great fits and matched my needs. I was able to go in with no idea of what I needed and in under 30 min, walked out of the store with a marked down pair of sneakers that fit very comfortably. Only time will tell how they work, but I have a good feeling about them. Thank you!

Incredibly knowledgeable staff who provided expert advice when I was buying my first set of road shoes in a long time. They guessed my foot size just by looking and assessed my gait to provide a perfect set of recommended shoe models. I'm very happy with the purchase! The shop is also very friendly & accommodating to runners and hosts a weekly run group, bib pickup for races, and more to get involved with and support the running community.

Little bit late for a review but the staff was top notch. Friendly and knowledgeable they observed my walking style and habits and recommended a few different shoes. Not only were these shoes more comfortable than the bargain brand "running shoes" I had bought a week prior from a different retailer, but a week in my back and ankle pain had almost instantly dissipated. The price was fair and they helped me dispose other "bargain brand shoes"

Excellent customer service. They worked with me to find just the right fitting shoe. Even after I brought sneakers home and ran in them, they exchanged for a different pair that felt better. Had a pair of running sneakers with a defect (sole started separating after a few runs) they replaced without any hassle. Great group of knowledgeable people!

I went to runner's alley to get new running shoes. The staff (believe his name is Justin) was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He had us do a few things and talked us through each step. After measuring our feet, he brought out multiple choices for us to try on. Allowed us to do a quick jog outside the store. I highly recommend this place for any runner who wants a well fitting shoe with a great and helpful staff.

I recently went to runners alley for the first time because my old running shoes were worn out. I have recently been having some knee pain after running as well. I went in, and the courteous staff quickly helped me figure out what type of shoe I needed, proper fitment, and proper orthopedic inserts. I couldn't be happier with my purchase, as my knee pain has gone away and I'm very happy with my purchase. I would recommend runners alley to anyone looking to get into running, or is having some problems as my issues and concerns were listened to, given a solution, and most importantly it worked for me. I highly recommend and I will be back!

Our local running store! Great service and expert advice. Bring in your old shoes and they will look them over to understand what shoes you need next. These guys know running. You will pay a bit more than you do on line but what you get is personalized service and expert knowledge. They support our local running community and we ask that you support them :)
