I have used this location a bunch of times over the last year. I have had great experiences every time.

This store received some lower ratings and it does not reflect the service that the new owner provides. These ratings are based on the previous owner. So, please don't let the old rating influence your decision on whether you should use this store or not. They are more than pleasant. The staff always greet you with a smile. Today, I walked in with my small Chihuahua and they greeted him with a dog treat. How sweet.

Yes, our prayers have been answered, the old management is out! I would avoid this UPS Store because the previous owner-manager was beyond reasonable from a customer service and price-point perspective. I recently met the new owner-Octavio and he is complete opposite to my previous experience. So, all those that avoided this UPS Store can return with confidence that you will be treated with respect and kindness that any value customer would expect. Feel at ease you will have a positive experience, where as before the owner-manager would go out of his way to ruin your day...karma is everything!!!

I never write reviews, but the guys who run the day-to-day in this location honestly deserve it. Atticus was the nicest guy ever, hugely helpful, and it was right before closing. He helped me out with a package I wasn't even shipping with them; definitely didn't have to do that, but did it anyway. The entire team there have always greeted me nicely, I've never had an issue, and there's always good banter/convo.

I've been going here occasionally the past few years when I have to ship stuff and the experience has been the same every time. You guys are crushing it!

I want to say that Mike the manager is one of a kind and I appreciated his help. Our company had something shipped and for some reason and it was never delivered to our office here in Miami and returned backc to California. UPS gave me the run around and Mike said he would handle it. Unfortunately with all that is happening, he got busy, but he honored shipping it back to us at his cost and said he'll deal with UPS directly. We got our package and we appreciate that someone on the other side of the country kept his world, and made sure we got our package. Thank you Mike.

Wow. I was terrified to come here after reading the reviews but needed something printed so came anyway. SO GLAD I DID!!! Michael was helping one other person in front of me so I was polite and waited in line. He let me know he would be with me in a moment. Once I was up to the counter we chatted and ended up jiving wonderfully. Told the next customer that came in that he would be right with them as well. Overall great experience, pretty much what I always get and expect from UPS. Awesome time, thank you Michael!

I can't imagine why anyone would give a bad review. This place has some of the best customer service you'll find in Los Angeles. Every time I go in I'm treated with a warm smile and professional service. I dunno maybe it's the attitude I bring in with me. But I always leave feeling better than when I walked in. Because this place is easy in and out, and super friendly.

I needed to ship home a few loose fragile items after a weekend trip. The attendant packed the items quickly and effectively and completed the shipping labels. The package was received on the stated delivery date and all items were intact. I was very pleased with the overall experience and would definitely visit this location again.

The service we get from Mike and Company is absolutely great. We run a business and the post office has a terrible time getting our mail to us. They have lost checks, returned checks sent our mail to an insurance company. We are continuously on the road. Anytime we call Mike to forward our mail he does it immediately. I really don't know what we would do without them.

Highly recommend their mailbox service - I set one up whilst I was in between apts (3-no service). Jason & his team were always super polite & extremely helpful & called me when I received mail and forwarded mail to me in NY swiftly. Brilliant staff, always SUPER professional. Thanks, Jason!

If you respect his store and spend the time to get to know him Mike is a teddy bear. He and his staff are a happy part of our day. And my kids and dog (the best litmus test of people) love them.

I was surprised to see the bad reviews. My husband and I have used this store many times. The guy is always helpful. One time the package didn't get to the destination in 1 day and he refunded us very quickly.

I have been coming here for years and it’s absolutely the greatest service I could ask for. Everyone in there is always very friendly and helpful. My kids love going in there with me and always leave very happy with a balloon. Thank you so much Mike and his team!

Store is under new management as of two weeks ago. Seemed like some nice dudes. Helped me with my order and were helpful and easygoing. 10/10

I didn’t get the name of the girl who helped me out with shipping a couple of boxes today, but she was one of the most pleasant people I’ve ever been assisted by at a UPS store, or, frankly, anywhere. Totally awesome. Thanks so much!

I love this location. Always greeted and assistance is provided ASAP. Business is brisk but very efficient. Michael is the manager and he runs a well organized business and hires good help. Highly recommended

I went today to drop off some packages and he was in a bad attitude . He was screaming at us ..the worse thing is because I was with my son and he was so scared and started crying!! . Reading the reviews here I am wondering how he is still working there. His name is Michael. I will do a report to the store.

Never had a bad experience here. Quick service. And the guy who works here loves dogs and even has treats for them behind the counter.
