I went in to get a phone for my son. Victor Martinez was awesome! He was full of knowledge and I was in and out in under 30 mins! I would recommend seeing him if you need a phone!

Victor was amazing in every way possible! He showed me I wasn’t just a customer, he treated me like family. The co-worker that was also working with him was absolutely amazing also. They took care of my issue with kindness and they made sure I had phone service before I left the store. I went in with no phone no money and came out with both of my previous lines re-activated at a lower rate. These two employees deserve a Christmas bonus for their awesome Customer Service! Last thing I’ll say is there were at least 3/4 other customers that came in while I was being helped & those customers were happy & taken care of quickly efficiently and I was still being attended to. That’s called Teamwork and I must say they have all great
qualities as people & people in Sales. I will highly recommend Cricket Wireless to Family
and friends!!!

On the contrary, Carla is the best. She's very patient and understanding and goes above and beyond to give u a great service. I went to two previous locations for help and even the customer service representative couldn't help but she solved my issue. She's the only reason I'm giving a 5 star rating. Bravo Carla!👍👍👍

I came in to the store yesterday at 5:45 pm Victor Martinez made my experiences in the store fabulous, he was professional nice and extremely helpful. Because of him I bought a phone that was a 100 times better then what I had, this employee deserve a raise, I plan to tell my friends and family to come to the store and ask for Victor, he set my phone up just like I wanted, he's the greatest!!!

The service that Roxana and Victor provide us this past weekend was very professional, my mom did switch from another carrier and my aunt did an upgrade, Roxana explain very clear everything, that's why my 5 stars, the only thing that I think was really sad it's the AC in that place don't work and that day was very hot, they just has fans, I feel upset for this guys, and I hear some customers complaining about it, but anyway they're very friendly
