They have great selection of products and the vegetables as well like bean sprouts and cactus I don’t have to drive to drive to longmont because they have it here !

Neat and clean. Good quick service, and polite employees.

Well never had a bad experiences at this store. Always have what I need in stock. I usually only give 4 stars when a place is just doing the job that they are supposed to be doing. I gave it 5 stars because the Nashville Hot chicken they make in the deli is super tasty, this is not my usual Safeway and the Nashville Hot chicken at the Safeway by where I live is not as good. So who ever they got cooking at that Safeway does a dam fine job!

There are definitely advantages to living in a small town, the Safeway here in Firestone is always a pleasure to shop at, never saw a gloomy or sad or negative customer service rep while there, everyone has bad days and perhaps I've just never happened to be there when someone was having one... what are the odds right? Because our economy is in the toilet and the prices are rising daily it seems like most of the customers are shell shocked, disgusted mad and sad that they are barley making it and it's got to be a bummer to have to see so many people that way every day.

So the next time you go shopping or interact with employees try and smile and let them know you appreciate their assistance, kindness or patience, it doesn't cost you anything but may change someone's day more than you know,

I live out of state and needed to send some flowers to my mom on her birthday. After trying unsuccessfully to find an area florist willing to make a Saturday deliver to her difficult-to-find address, I called this Safeway store in Firestone as a last resort. However, Jamie in the floral department took my call and saved the day.

She was super friendly, very professional and went out of her way to make this happen, going so far as to make the delivery herself, in her own car, on her way home, after punching out for the day. To top it off, she called me when she made the delivery to confirm that she found the address alright.

If I could leave a 5-star Jamie review, I would, but since I can't, Safeway in Firestone will benefit from having such a great employee! Oh yeah, the flowers that she arranged were gorgeous and made my mom's birthday extra special! Thanks Jamie!

Whenever I travel, I make a point of it to see if there is a Safeway nearby. It's something I've always done. When I found out I was being relocated for work, I was happy to find out that my local grocery store was, in fact, a Safeway.

I love the bakery and deli departments.

Dalton in the deli department has top notch customer service! He treated my wife and I with the best experience I’ve ever had at any Safeway location. From a phone order to an in person transaction, Dalton is the best!

To the woman making sushi this morning, we appreciate you beyond words. You made my son's DAY by simply making him a Philly roll in front of him when there were none ready.
To the ladies at checkout who held kind conversation and let him bag groceries with you, thank you also. 😊 today's customer service was more than outstanding!

I shop here way more often than King Soopers. I find that overall, I save way more money here with the weekly deals and coupons. I sometimes walk out thinking "Wow, look at all this food for only ___ amount of dollars!" Of course, prices are pretty high for everything not on sale, but that's everywhere. Last week I was there and their coupon system was messed up, not giving anyone their couponed prices. The customer service dept was busy refunding a line of people (including me) their money back with a friendly and patient attitude! I was very impressed!

This store is super clean, plenty of shelves were full. The staff were excellent as i had trouble at the self checkout, the checker was super friendly and patient as she fixed my issue. I will definitely go back to this store and recommend it to others.

Our church ordered a very large quantity of subway sandwiches for a roller skating party on Sunday, March 27th. The sandwiches looked fantastic and were absolutely delicious. Customer service is awesome. very helpful. employees mostly young. school kids. but they do a great job. plus prices are lower than most other national chains.

I love this little store. It's been here for over 20 years I'm aware of. As the town size has tripled if not more, the store is feeling the growing pains. They now have self checkout stations and additional checkers to help flow people through. Staff and management have anyways been above and beyond.

Floral department in this store can do anything you want miracles what an artist he is. The Pharmacy has 4 workers per shift in late afternoon so they work the line quickly.

Love shopping at Safeway. Always friendly customer service. I can always find what I want. The atmosphere there is just warm and mellow. Not as busy as the other nearby grocery and friendlier.

I like Safeway. Usually have a good choice of out together meals and their bakery is really good. Meat is good. Maybe a little more offering in the deli?

I usually shop at King Soopers but I came here during the strike and still stop for quick trips after work, since it's more on the way home. It is a nice store, and usually not too crowded.

I was happy to see that they have a wide selection of Bonne Maman jelly, even Fig and Apricot-Raspberry. Also, they carry Fresh Cravings brand hummus in the produce department - it is so delicious!

I would give the bakery 10 stars if I could. Alicia was so nice, friendly, and helpful. She answered all of my questions quickly, kindly, and accurately and got me out the door with what I needed with no problems.
