Very good products for ex-smoker, consistent stock, good service.

Very friendly and informative staff. Supportive for newbies and educated in all the culture knowledge. When it's busy you wouldn't know it because they handle business without letting you feel ignored. I had an on going conversation of probably 45 minutes that covered many relevant topics and 10 customers were serviced without delay. Awesome staff, great management, amazing merchandise. My favorite shop.

Fantastic service! They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with a device that I purchased somewhere else that was drawing too much smoke. They fixed the coil and helped me pick a juice that had more of the menthol icyness with each hit. I'm very happy with the results.

Love this place. These guys and ladies are very forthcoming. They acknowledge you as soon as you arrive even if they are with another patron.
They will help with whatever your needs are. They genuinely want to help people stop smoking and stay stopped.
If you have issues with vaporizer they will do everything they can to help you find your issue.
They explain thoroughly how to use their products and what is a good fit for you personally.
Very impressed, and I don't impress easily.

We drive almost an hour from Canyon Lake in to San Antonio to come to this vape shop when running errands in the area. Best prices I've ever seen. No point in going anywhere else.

I am very impressed with this store. They have taken me from vaping novice to drip mod professional. They are incredibly nice and will answer any questions you have. I went in to buy a drip mod set-up yesterday and they were honest about the quality, never trying to upsell me. They sold me exactly what was needed. Then, He customized my mod by drilling a whole to increase vapor, and sat me down and showed me how to build a coil at no additional charge for either service.

This is a store full of great people who's only goal is to make their customers happy. I wish there were more businesses with this philosophy out there. Their prices and selection are the best in town. If you want an awesome experience with honest, knowledgeable employees and great selection, This is the place for you!

I went in on a Monday afternoon and was very surprised in how clean and professional everything was. I was greeted by Reyes who helped me change the coil in my pen, suggest a new juice, and he let me try a bunch of flavors. He was very helpful and informative. I definitely will return.

These guys are awesome. They'll help you out if you have any questions, give you their sincerest recommendations, and go out of their way to give you fair warning if you might make a bad purchase. Real customer friendly staff. I go here all the time for my e juice refills and vape parts. Definitely recommend.

love this place! and love my vision spinner by boyfriend bought it for as a gift and I love it! I got the purple multi color spinner and the Jamaican me crazy flavor! the staff there is always really helpful just be careful for parking since its so popular it can be tricky! (:

I had dropped my vape and had the tank break off. Though I was going to have to buy a new one, however the guy working today, Zee, fixed it for me in no time for no charge. Been a customer for quite a while and this experience just goes to show that they truly care about their customers.

If you have questions about any products or flavors go see Zee. These folks care about the customer and understand the whole reason we are there is to quit smoking. They wiil point you to the right product that will accomplish this and also make it enjoyable. They won't throw the most expensive device at you because you have the money for it, they match you with what you need.

This shop has to be the best ive been to. These people actually care about what they sell you and of all my expenses here i have never been sold anything that has not 100% fit my needs. They are extremely clean, very professional and are all around amazing people. They take care of their customers without fail. Quality people, amazing shop. Couldnt have asked for a better shop to go to.

Huge inventory. They most likely have anything you're looking for in stock, if they don't their sister company a few minutes away does. Well lit, clean, sharp, well educated staff, open late. A great example of what a vape shop should look like. Thanks to the rasta fella that helped me find what I needed, he even called the owner while he was at their distributor to place a last minute special order no extra charge.

Nice store and friendly staff. They have a lot of selection, I went in because I recently switched habits and I'm not sure how these things work. I thought my device was broke the lady that helped me took time to explain to me all the parts of my device and how they operate as well as how to know if you really are having problems (which I was not). Anyway, I picked up a bottle of solution and was on my way. Will definitely go back again. I have shopped at Monster Vape before and I found the nicotine solutions at this place to be more of what I like. I prefer the tobacco flavors and theirs are way better!
Location is great, close to Starbucks, close to Guitar Center so for me it's a multiple stop trip
