When my old phone went for a fatal dive into a puddle during the recent rain, I looked for a store in my area with good ratings to help me with a new one. This store, although not the closest one to me, had the best reviews. I now know why. I am not particularly tech savvy. The gentleman who helped me (I asked him his name, but promptly forgot it, as I always do) took the time to answer my questions, looked for promotions for the phone I chose, set it up on an easy payment plan, then helped me transfer all of my important apps and data from my old phone. He was patient and knowledgeable, never making me feel rushed, and while he helped me get everything I needed, I never felt pressured to buy anything I didn't want. This level of service is rare. If you need a phone or related service, I recommend you start here.

Best service from Jade and Brent. They were able to take care of all of my questions and they took my prepaid payment in cash without charging me a 5.00 fee. Please award the both with a commendation and generous bonus. It is T-Mobile employees like Jade and Brent who keep us T-Mobile customers very happy

We had the best time in here and my husband was being the comedian as always. Everyone was laughing hysterically! 😂 These guys transferred my phone to a newer phone for me, that I just came into possession of, and did it for FREE! I was so happy 😀!

In store customer service is top notch. Brent is amazing and deserves to be recognized for his amazing customer service!!! He went above and beyond for us. He fixed a hiccup that accrued with 611 change of responsibility. He called them and took care of everything. Brent you rock dude!!! 10/10

Been wanting to switch to Tmobile for awhile and finally I decided to go here unplanned. Omar and Brent helped me out and didn't push any sales, they are both knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I feel like I accomplished there what I came for. Even though I wasn't able to get help with t-mobile customer service, Julian sat with me for over an hour trying to help with my unique issue with my phone. Ric and Craig that work at the Ina location are AWESOME! I was expecting to be in the store for a few hours since I was upgrading my phone, but to my surprise, everything was completed and done within an hour and 1/2 (including one of the products that had to come from another location). Ric and Craig went over and beyond their duties. While my daughter and I were trying to complete the process of the transaction/s with Ric, Craig was helpful by entertaining and keeping my 2 year old grandbaby occupied. They made the process such a breeze and well worth the time and drive.

Great experience at T-Mobile on Ina in Tucson today. Damaged phone that needed replacement but I wasn't sure what best direction would be. Allison took great care of me, was highly knowledgable, professional, concerned for my situation and nice. She is a strong promotion candidate. The store was clean and organized and I got the solution I wanted quickly.

The employees at this store are amazing and take care of all your needs. Allison went above and beyond with a theft issue I had and also got me on their new internet plan. Saved me almost a hundred bucks. Craig and Rawyn gave me excellent tips on when to upgrade my devices and how to save the most money. Hands down the best service ever! Thank y'all so much even though it was a crazy situation.

I went in to upgrade a phone for my father-in-law (and it was busy) and I was expecting a long and difficult visit. Well, Alison was amazing. I hope I spelled her name right. She had me in and out of there in less than 10 minutes with a great deal. She saved me money and was very helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. Someone give this young woman a raise!

This is by FAR the best Tmobile in Tucson! The store manager Jose was extremely helpful for me. I had a billing issue that was left unresolved & Jose called for me & took care of it when 4 other 800 # representatives weren’t able to correct it. If you need a new phone or help with your service I can not recommend Jose & his team of experts highly enough! It’s been a headache for over a month & he was able to solve my problem.

Had to get a phone replaced through insurance and the staff was a HUGE help in the process.
Ended up walking out with a brand new Galaxy s23 Ultra, which I'm VERY happy with.

Rawyn was so professional, and very patient with an 82 year old to explain my bill. He is a great asset in your store here in Marana. I will return for sure!
