What can I say about the Verizon store. The staff is wonderful. Tracey always helps me with new features, products and ways to help me save money. I purchased two phones and a watch from here. Love Verizon customer service and this Verizon store goes with everything I expect in a provider. This time when I upgraded my phone. I couldn't find time to get to the store so Tracey was nice enough to bring the phone to my job then provided me with materials to ship back my old phone. What company provides that kind of service? I live about 30 minutes from this store but it's worth the time to bypass every other Verizon store for the wonderful experience I get from Tracey and her crew. Thank you so much!! I highly recommend getting your next Verizon device from here.

Denise brought a warm smile to our first meeting as she greeted my wife and me. She went the extra mile, extra HOURS, as she very patiently and thoroughly explained the questions and interests of this senior couple. It became obvious that Denise was not only a resource for us, but other customers and Verizon staff desired consultation from her. She is able to multi-task while keeping her focus on the customers, US!

Denise's friendly demeanor and technical skills make for a professional combination where the customer is empowered with appropriate knowledge and experiences personal attention. THIS HAPPENED WITH US!

Two weeks after our upgrades, Denise spent another 3 hours with additional concerns and questions about our Verizon products. She never made us feel like we were wasting her time. We were important to her, and we could tell it.

I had been contemplating changing from Verizon to another cellular company, and then DENISE HAPPENED TO US! Verizon is here for us.

Good evening Verizon in Garner next Timber Dr. I wanted to give a compliment to our sweet represented that did an amazing job. Her name is Denise Castor and she helped us with my husband's new phone and spent a lot of time with us explaining everything with great patience. If she was my daughter, I would be very proud of her and take her home. I want to thank her directly for being adorable and spending so much time with us. Denise at the Garner Timber Dr. location was the most helpful associate I have ever had and I have been with Verizon for many years. She is not only very knowledgeable about their plans, services and products, she is patient and walked me through everything. I went in two weeks ago with a desperate need. Kayla was AMAZING. She got on the phone and made MAGIC happen! She very diligent and resolved my issue. She even offered snacks while I waited! Billy was an absolute delight to work with! He spent a number of hours answering all my questions (and my daughter's) and we walked out of the store very happy customers with two upgraded iPhones and a bill that had been trimmed down to the features we actually needed. He has called and texted in the days afterwards to make sure we are still comfortable with our new devices, and is willing to take future questions from us should they arise. I have to say that I am very happy that I drove from Durham to this Verizon store in Garner!! Billy is a gem!!

I just had the best experience at the Garner Verizon store. Traci is absolutely amazing. She helped my husband and I figure out what plans we should consolidate our two phones to, helped me figure out which phone I wanted to upgrade mine to as well as which new Apple Watch I wanted to upgrade to. Traci asked all the relevant questions upfront and then did all the phone and watch migration while I ran errands. I can’t gush enough on how amazing it was to have someone listen to my requests and questions and truly partner with me to help solve my issues in the best way. I will only come here for my future Verizon needs!

My husband and I came to Verison to purchase new phones...our situation with our phones was very complicated because of a prior error which jeoprodized our pictures. Denise spent 6 hours the first session and was successful in rectifying the problem. Never once did she complain. We felt she wanted the best outcome for us.
She is an incredible sales woman and genuine person who wants the best for all customers. She offered different promotions in a non pushy way. We bought other devices and she met with us the next day for a tutorial of our devices! She is a multi tasker and has a genuine caring spirit to all employs and especially the customers.
We will spread the news to our friends and neighbors about VERISON and Denise!!!

Buying a new phone is my least favorite thing to do! But, BILLY KILLE went over and beyond to change this experience for me. I went into the store on Sunday afternoon. After a phone was selected, the transfer of data was started. According to the projection of time, my phone would be ready by 5:00. Two hours....I have a lot of pictures etc. so I left and ran errands. Just before 5, I received a call saying it was going to take another hour. I had to be at an event at 5:30 so I would have to be without my phone until the next day. Billy volunteered to wait at the store for me until 8 (1 hour passed closing) giving me plenty of time to attend my Sunday School Christmas party. He worked with me until I understood how to use my new phone, patiently answering all questions. Thank you BILLY for your patience with the older generation!

Had the absolute pleasure of working with Denise C.!!! Hands down the best, and my favorite Verizon sales rep I’ve worked with over 15 years. She really went above the bar sitting down with me making sure each person in our family plan had exactly which contract they needed in terms of usage. We were able to bring our bill down a little, which is always nice! Also, I wanted the new iPhone 15 pro max for my upcoming trip to Europe next week , but it was on back order for pretty much everyone. Denise made a bunch of calls to other stores in the area, and SOMEHOW found someone with a Pro Max available, AND in the color I wanted. She drove out of her way to go get it for me, and then called me to let me know. Best Verizon experience ever, hands down. Personality, compassion, and empathy go a long way in the customer service world - and she excels in all of those. Promote this woman immediately!
