Today Nicole was amazing and so helpful. Her cheerful spirit helped me get through a tough situation!! She was so patient and kind and offered me help on other questions I had that were not even related to Verizon products. Ask for Nicole!!!

Samuel Fowler is the bomb! He was so thorough and patient w me as I had lost my phone and running up against so many road blocks and decisions to replace my phone and potentially upgrade my phone as well as my sons. I have been to this Verizon location a few times now, and my experience has always been excellent. I wanted to leave a review for David Baumgart to thank him for the help the other day with my new iPhone. I ran into some issues activating my replacement phone and David did not hesitate to take time out of his work day to make sure I got everything sorted out. He was knowledgeable, professional, and effective, which helped ease my frustrations. I recommend visiting this location and asking for David for quality assistance.

My spouse and I both replaced our iPhones. Fortunately, we were assisted by Alex Peacock. She made a daunting task very pleasant. Her patience and assistance were greatly appreciated.

We had a great experience working with Cameron! He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helped us save money on our bill! We came in trying to decide to stick with android, or give apple a shot and Cameron was very patient and educated us thoroughly on each product and the pros and cons of each. We will definitely come back to this store as long as we can work with Cameron!

As a previous at&t customer I want to thank the gentleman today who assisted with my bill and some questions I had about my devices. He was also able to help me with a warranty claim on my phone. It's always headache doing this on your own I'm grateful for this Verizon store and all the staff in there especially the manager who was with me the whole process with customer service. Definitely will recommend to all my friends and family. Go see Diego you won't regret it.

Virgil was absolutely fantastic! My Dad is 78 and was having issues with his current phone when I came into town. Virgil listened to exactly what my father’s issues were and directed him to iPhone. Virgil dedicated the amount of time that my dad needed to full understand the operating system, helped customize his Home Screen, and made sure he felt 100% comfortable with the transition into his new phone.

I’m beyond blown away with the customer service we received from Virgil. I maybe in the market from a new phone after this experience just because of Virgil and they way he went well above the call of duty.

I've never had such great service at a phone store! Went in with a problem with my phone and came out with a new phone, free car charger, free phone holder for the car, free protective glass, free case and a free $100 gift card! This experience was awesome and made me very happy. Tyson Haas is wonderful, so helpful and very professional. Michael Miracle is also great and I trust them both explicitly. I'm so glad I walked into this Version store and came out happier than when I went in!

I had great customer service here. Went in for a new service and phone and was the easiest experience I've had. Christina Ruiz assisted me in setting up my services and phone and did it in a very easy and understanding fashion. She explained everything very well and broke my monthly and start up fees so I knew what to expect and exactly what I was getting into. I will be back to see her to bring my family and friends to the Verizon team.

I came to the Verizon store in Boerne with several issues I was having with my phone. I was very impressed with Manny & Nick! They are two smart, mature and professional men. They helped me understand my issues. And they taught me a few things about technology. I never hesitate to come to the Boerne Verizon Store because it has the most knowledgeable people!

Slaton helped me and my grandmother and was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! and made sure she understood everything!! gave me more options than any moblie network, for a better price! He made it simple, easy, and happy as buying a new phone always should be. This guy deserves a raise!!!

Jeff helped us replace a broken phone Sunday afternoon late in the day. He stayed and made sure the phone was what was needed/wanted and all was working before we all left after closing time. Great customer service, knowledgeable, friendly and patient (we forgot the dang passcodes). Definitely headed to see Jeff in the future when needed.

Rufus, our cellular Wireless representative did an outstanding job of explaining our options. He was very helpful and forthright answering questions for us he had recommendations for us that were very helpful and useful. He was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. He went way out of his way to make sure that we were very satisfied and very happy with our choice.

I met with Corey to review my Verizon bill, I have 5 users with multiple devices. Corey was very friendly, he listened to all my concerns and how we use our devices. He helped me pick a new Verizon plan that saved me money over my previous outdated plan and I gained new features. I understand why Cellular Sales is the highest rated Verizon store in the area.

Jeff has helped me out several times, and each time has been a pleasant experience, he always goes above and beyond. He was able to get me exactly what I wanted when I went to pick out my Apple Watch, and my new iPhone. I will absolutely continue to come back to work with Jeff!

I went in to our local Verizon very upset with my phone.
I was pleasantly greeted by Michael Sanchez who assured me he could fix the problems. He recommended an upgrade which was long overdue.
