Love stopping here as it's near my office. The holiday flavors are great and the staff is friendly. Ran into a bit of miscommunication of an employee but recent manager (hadn't seen her before). Ms. Margareet did an amazing job handling and correcting the issue. Her demeanor and effortless manner in dealing with this was nothing but impressively to the employee and myself. The employee did nothing wrong but was informed incorrectly in the past.
Thank you all, and thank you, Ms Margareet, for your time in this matter and for giving such a beautiful smile while handling this.

This is the true meaning of leadership, dedication, and mostly customer service. You made my holidays.

The staff is always so kind and welcoming when I come in. Amelie goes especially out of her way to say hello and always makes my day. I’m definitely going to be a regular 😊☕

I personally have not ever been to this location but my husband stops here almost every weekday to get us coffee. When they have time they put cute little drawings on the top of his drink. Makes me smile. Thanks baristas!

I believe even a small good deed shouldn't be left untold. This morning was hectic for me. I used the Starbucks app to order coworker and I coffee. It was wet and slippery roads. Got to Starbucks, received my coffee, walked to my car and slipped on the white paint stripe in parking lot.... making my coffee go flying. Went back inside and told the barista what happened. She was so nice and remade my drink for me for no extra charge. I don't know her name but she made my day a little easier and a little better. Thank you Starbucks 🌟. I'd give you 100 stars if I could. And folks... REMINDER: DONT WALK ON PARKING LOT PAINT WHEN OR AFTER IT RAINS. VERY SLIPPERY.

They always get my drinks right at this location, and the baristas are always friendly! There's the occasional, and expected, long line, but they seem to keep it moving.

Not only do I love their coffee, but I went through the drive through today and all the employees were so sweet. They recommended me some pastries, which I tried and were delicious! I wish I knew the employees names but shout out to the employees working on 11/8 in the morning, they were so sweet, order was out fast, and coffee was good as usual :)

I never come to Starbucks not going to lie. The one day that I do which was today around 10:20am, the drive through cashier person I think her name started with a A. Her attitude and eagerness was amazing. That’s the type of attitude and customer service I strive to have at my job, so to see her w an amazing attitude and I’m sure she gets Karen’s and rough people in the drive through, her attitude shined through it all :) you go girl!

I always have an amazing experience at this location, and this one was no different. Parker is an absolute Angel on earth & deserves a 3 million (or more) dollar raise. Such amazing energy and unmatched customer service. I called and spoke to Candace the store manager and told her how great of an experience it was as well and she couldn’t have been sweeter! Incredible team. Great job! Wouldn’t be surprised if this is the best store in the district.

They are fast and professional, especially in morning during rush hour.

The refreshers and croissants are perfect for the heat that is coming. They're always nice here and the drive through is super convienient.

The app wasn't working properly, but Burke is always enjoyable and charismatic. She's the reason we come in the mornings! Drinks are always made right and delicious! Thanks Starbucks!

I went to this location and Haley made the experience spectacular. This store is the best store in San Antonio, Texas. Absolutely amazing. She helped me find the perfect tea. I love this location and the employees here they make the place feel so welcoming. They make the place feel so zen and comforting.

The Starbucks is fast and accurate on their drinks, very clean and nicely put together atmosphere, makes me feel right at home. Staff is amazing at what they do. Honestly one of my favorite Starbucks in town.

I called to see if they had my favorite coffee beans and the sweet girl who answered the phone told me they did. I told her I would be by later to get it and would you believe that young girl at the window had my beans right next to her. Didn't have to wait at all and she was so happy to help. It was a yucky day. Wish I had more than the measly $1 bill to tip her. She deserved more! And that girl deserves a raise! Made me a loyal customer because of her helpful attitude.

Best location in San Antonio! Their staff is sweet all day long. It's right by my house so I go twice a week. I've never really had huge problems with them and even when someone else took my food accidentally they were super quick to correct it and even though I wasn't upset gave me a gift card for the next time.
