Staff are always friendly and helpful. I am not a gamer, so I need to ask questions when buying things for family members. Not only do I get patience assistance, I usually get a good deal too!

Returned my game within 7 days great service

A year ago I gave it a 1 star but now with its new management and workers I have to say it's a great store. Very helpful workers friendly. They want to help you with whatever it is you need. Definitely makes me what to return to this store more often!

The store is well organized and the staff is phenomenal. Went in looking for a hard to find amiibo. They didn't have it but the gentleman working showed us some sites we could try to locate them. Honestly, every time I have been to the store he is extremely helpful. Great customer service, I will definitely return for all my gaming needs.

It's a great GameStop. Well stocked, maintained and staffed. Employees seem knowledgeable and oleasent. They always get my orders filled timely and have answers to my questions.

Very friendly staff. The main guy who helped us was named Rasmus(Raz). He was very patient in helping us through a large trade in and while we were waiting even let us play with his Switch to see if we liked the gameplay. Great staff and great service. We will definitely be back.

I really enjoyed coming to this GameStop. The employees were actually helpful and entirely knowledgeable on a variety of game related topics. I traded in a system to get a new one and they made the process very easy. Also, it should be noted that if you get online codes for in-game dlc or other things like that, if you get it through GameStop and have a "membership" you can effectively get more rewards vs if you had just gotten it though the internet on your console or pc.

Out of a lot of the GameStops I've been to this location has the best customer service. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend

Everything from employees keeping customers up to date, to amazing overall in store customer service. I am a regular customer at GameStop in the Raintree Mall and every time Mathew or Amee are there they make my experience amazing. I sat outside and camped for the XBOX series X and Amee came outside every time their was an update to keep us in the loop. Could be the best customer service I have ever had at any GameStop. You can definitely tell that Mathew knows his stuff and how to manage his employees. I just have to say Amee made the experience amazing this is why I shop at GameStop and not online. Both Mathew and Amee made my day!

Went in to trade in a bunch of games and a 2DS game system. Staff was extremely helpful in discussing payment options. I was originally going to get cash for the 2DS system, but after speaking with the staff it was way more beneficial to get credit than cash. My husband and I preordered Crash Bandicoot and got another game and was able to pay them off in full. The store has a variety of games and other collectables at decent prices.
