American Eagle Store

Had such a great experience today at American Eagle. I saw something online and went to the store to purchase it but it wasn't in stock. Lidia went out of her way to help me. She ordered it online and it shipped free of charge. They were very busy but she took her time to help me. She went above and beyond. I will definitely be back. Great customer service. Thank you Lidia. Not sure if that's you spell her name

I had been looking for a plain black turtleneck dress for weeks. I had been to almost every store in Mankato looking for one. I was about to give up when I finally decided to try American Eagle. I had not tried them prior to this due to the false idea that they were just a beach ware store. When I walked into the store there were two girls ready to help right away. All I said was I'm looking for a black dress and they had the right dress for me within minutes. The service was amazing and the girls were so helpful. The music is a bit loud so if you are signing up for their rewards program I suggest saying things like B as in boy to prevent confusion.

Only time I’ve been here and had good service! I love American Eagle, but this location tends to have rude employees; However Tanner was awesome!! He went out of his way to help me find exactly what I wanted.
