O'Reilly Auto Parts

Called a few days ago for a serpentine belt and pulley. I was super happy to find they had both parts for less than the competition wanted for just a belt. Joshua was super helpful and had the parts pulled and ready for me as soon as I came in. That was very handy!! Superb customer service here!!

The staff here are very friendly and helpful. The store is clean and organized. They offer a larger inventory of parts than their competitors and for a wider selection of vehicles. They will happily replace your bulbs, wipers, or battery for you, free of charge. Having personally worked for O'Reilly for a couple of years, I can attest to the dedication to customers the company strives for. Which is why I choose them first over any other parts store. This particular store lives up to the standards better than most.

Service tech came out and made sure to confirm what I ended and then replaced my bulbs in the headlights. It was pretty close to closing and he showed ne irritation in my arriving so late

I had a really difficult parts problem. Might have been the supplier data, but most likely a manufacturing variance. These guys worked and worked to solve the problem. And finally, we got it. Part is perfect. Unbelievable great job by the whole staff. Four of them worked on it. All superstars!!

The gentleman named Brandon was genuine, kind, and caring. He answered all my questions and even though he couldn't fully help with a part he offered some great advice, which was just as helpful as getting the part. He listened to me and really just seem to care about the customer, no matter who it was. I hope they realize the great employee they have! I can't thank you enough for such great service! You really helped me out a lot!!

I came in needing oil for my Camry because it was running low, and I about got the wrong amount of oil until the gentleman at the front helped correct me. It saved me a headache. Honest and hardworking people work here, so come in here for all your car needs!

I just went to get a check engine code figured out. I did buy windshield washer fluid while I was there anyway.

I went to O’Reillys on 29th here in Topeka recently. As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted and helped by Stephan. He was professional, helpful and respectful. Helped me install a front turn signal light on my vehicle and taught me how to do it myself, it was much appreciated. I will be going to O’Reillys for all of my auto parts needs from now on. As a young female, I have had some awful experiences at other auto parts stores. It’s nice when you can get assistance and education in a kind and respectful way. Thank you, Stephan, your compassionate service did not go unnoticed!

Great staff pointed me right to what I needed and grabbed other parts while I shopped.

Bought a new battery here and got a better deal than at AutoZone for the same battery.

They cleaned house and got rid of some less than adequate employees and service is getting way better. Still can improve on timelines but other than that they are a lot more friendly and actually remember you when you come in . Your not just a sir or ma'am, you're a (insert your name here) , or whomever. Definitely going back (tomorrow actually) for my automotive needs.

My experience at O'Reilly was really great, the people there were very helpful and friendly. They went out to my car to see what type of break light I needed and also changed my light for me as well. I will go back again and also recommend them to friends and family.
