Needed to purchase a washer and Kyle was the sales person. Sales experience was good but even better was the delivery guys. The 3 guys were very courteous and friendly. They were very careful about bringing in my washer. I would recommend Lowes for purchasing appliances & home delivery. Thanks guys!

Jim in plumbing helped me find pipe thread to garden house thread adapter amongst all the fittings. Made it easy. Jim knows is stuff.

Carpet department, salesman was helpful, courteous, and very patient with getting the work order details correct from the measurements. He said Lowes went to a new system that is supposed to be simple, it was not. I'm happy with the overall outcome for our new install.

In a town with a Menards, a home Depot, and a Lowe's, Lowe's customer service rocks. Definitely the best.

Darryl from Lumber Department in Topeka Kansas went above and beyond today. He helped get the boards at the back that we couldn't reach and there was one board that he wouldn't even show us. He said he wouldn't buy it so he wasn't going to show it to us. Plus he helped load into our truck. Very personable!!

Super clean store. Great selection of merchandise. Associates are helpful, on our last trip an associate named Brian was a shinning example of being helpful, pleasant and very knowledgeable.

Dakota in paint handled all of my questions over the phone regarding the product I was looking for and the shipping process to order it to the store for pick up. He didn't just go off memory, he checked to see if the product was available before I drove 2 hours. Which it wasn't because it's a popular color. But he saved me a trip!

Ordered a tool box on line. I received a call canceling the order as they could not find the inventory! Went to store to clarify and talked to the store Manager Sean. He went above and beyond to find a solution to ensure his customers needs were met. He was very professional and helpful in finding the solution to send me home with the product I ordered. Aug 11 2023- I was looking for Dewalt phone charger cables and the car plug for it. One clerk did the all call for assistance, then after about 5 minutes, then again. And then after about 5 more minutes, nothing. Kyle finally came down to unlock the merchandise and then showed where something else I needed was and carried it to the cashier. (I am wheelchair bound) so you do not know how much that meant to get that great service at Lowe's today. A million kudos to Kyle, he is a Rockstar!
Getting Mothers day gifts for my wife and son was doing the same but for his Mother. The people who were working there could not have been more courteous and very helpful. In a day like this, it gives you faith in humanity.

Had a washer and dryer delivered from here they both came with scratches on them. Got a call very quickly about it and was able to get it resolved right away. They appropriately discounted the washer and dryer. They offered free delivery. The delivery personnel were very professional and got here early. They also offer a military discount on everything except appliances and lumber.

Went tonight just to look around for things to redo our bathroom. Alan helped us and our service was outstanding. We ended up purchasing almost everything we needed!
