Hy-Vee Grocery Store

I asked them to special customize a cake for me, and they nailed it! It was better than what I had in mind. Listen, my son’s 3rd birthday was New Year’s Eve and that makes for a really hard day to throw a birthday party. No one comes because it’s the holiday and every service is full or busy or whatever. I totally expected just a basic cake. I brought my son’s monster trucks and just told them to do whatever and it way exceeded my expectations. He was so excited and I truly cannot thank them enough. I live on the total opposite side of , there are many many closer grocery stores/bakeries that are closer but I love this store so much it’s a hands down for me.

Nice, clean and kind of pricey compared to places I’m I’m use to shopping.

We ordered our sons wedding cake/food from HyVee. Everything was wonderful. We ordered a grooms cake, did not receive it. I spoke to Kobe the delivery driver. He apologized, went and got the cake, waited until the ceremony was over. He was so nice, careful with the 4 tier cake and polite. Please tell Kobe,,he was beyond awesome. Thank you for everything.

Not just any bar, this place is like the "Cheers" of Topeka's South side! They have wonderful staff, excellent food, and a fun atmosphere. Not only can you get great food in the evening, but they also serve throughout the day. Many times I have ordered over the phone and picked up my food with no problems. I highly recommend this spot, even if you just want a coke and to shoot some darts or pool.

Just very nice all around. Not your average product quality, so expect to get what you pay for. Love it

It's a beautiful supermarket/ here in Topeka.
This is a mini mall almost. The bakery is amazing. The hot bar is bananas.
The restaurants inside here are to die for. You know you can get your Starbucks fix, right?
Now, if you need to fax, receive a fax. Needing to mail something otlr cash a check. It's that one-stop shop.

Well stocked. Really good selection of fresh meats. They had 2 check outs open at 9am which is more than the last time I was here.

Love that 90% of the time they have everything that I need. Update: I am impressed that on the night before Thanksgiving there was still plenty of whipped cream to be had!

Great selection. Love the breads baked fresh there.
Also the butchers are helpful and knowledgeable.

Meat and produce are the freshest and best-tasting around. They also tend to sell certain items that you can’t find at Wal mart or Dillon’s, which is a plus. The “People Chow” (HyVee’s version of Puppy Chow) is delicious and addicting!! Always smiling faces working there every week when I go in.

This store has the most lovely displays of produce, a great bakery with a large selection, some really fun items no other store seems to have. It is always spotless and people are willing to help.

One of the greatest selections of seafood offered. Good produce and a wonderful atmosphere to do your shopping.

Hy-Vee a Kind, employee owned grocer. They always have what you need, and when they dont, they may order it for you!

The young lady that works in the floral department is special! Giving flowers is a special moment, I'm sorry I forgot your name, but watching you put together the flowers with care was awesome.

At 4 pm it was not busy. No big line in customer service to drop off a package to be picked up by the post office today. Same at the deli, fast an easy to get some cuts of meat. No people in the cashiers waiting, so it was a fast trip.
The store was clean and well organized.

Prices are good, staff are friendly and professional.
